I would be very wary about this company.I paid online in early Aug22,for a crushed crystal coffee table.I waited 4 weeks and not a message from them about delivery,I messaged them and I got back via email roughly a standard automated thank you for purchasing and we endeavour to deliver your item within 2 weeks.Two weeks went by,I messaged again same reply .I managed to find a telephone number to Wakefield shop,it kept cutting you off!!.I then messaged a further two times asking for refund ,but got no replies..I eventually went through my bank and did a chargeback,so I got cash back two weeks ago,but still nothing from this company..Terrible.Bad taste,no customer service and unreliable.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering from this company! I ordered 3 pieces of bedroom furniture in May 2022! I received 2 pieces in July and after numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email without receiving any response at all! Luckily for me I paid by credit card and have received a refund via Section 75.
Do not buy from this company! They are scammers! If you have experienced a similar thing, please report to Trading Standards so they cannot continue to do this to others!

AVOID AT ALL COST - SCRAMMERS

Order wardrobes on 16th September but to date still have not received them, emailed and called them numerous of times but no answer what so ever. The phone cuts off after the automated message. I have got my money back from the bank but only temporary till they look into the company. This company are scammers please do not order from them - disgusting.

Same as every other reviews. Goods not turned up, no communication, no one picks up the phone. Had to go back to the bank to get the money back.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering from this company! I ordered a bed for my little boy 6wks ago and have never received it even though they have taken the money from me! After numerous attempts to contact them by many different routes I have had no luck at all! My bank are now dealing with this and I have reported to Trading Standards! I urge you - do not buy from this company! They are scammers! If you have experienced a similar thing please report to Trading Standards so they cannot continue to do this to others!

You obviously have no conscience and I hope one day you will get what you deserve . Attempted to buy a table and chairs from this company.
Never heard from them, have had to submit a claim to my CC. Buyer - beware and spend your money locally with a reputable merchant.

I am very sad that I did not read the below reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a table for my daughter over 2 months ago and other than a receipt for payment I have had nothing. I have spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone, have emailed numerous times etc. (no response) and finally today have reported them to the Insolvency Service. I will get no refund from my credit card provider as this was under the lower threshold. BEWARE.

The physical store that they’ve taken the name from is empty and abandoned. Most of the positive reviews on here seem to have the same style so probably fake paid for reviews. True scum.

I have placed an order for 8 chairs costing £950. They have not responded to any of my emails and their phone line goes dead when you call them. I want to cancel the order but no one responds. I have not received any goods but they have taken my money!!

Not sure why these websites that trade as .co.uk can continue to exist. Paid for a costly bunk bed, no update on the order, no response on email.. and phone line that doesn’t connect.. and so many bad reviews. AVOID, it’s some kind of scam and needs to be shut down!

Would rate it 0 stars if I could- scam artists who have set up a money laundering shop! Product never turned up, no delivery time given- take your money and don’t offer refunds! Luckily I got a refund back via my bank.

What a shambles of a company. Clearly taking money knowing full well that they will not deliver goods. This is typical of an unscrupulous operator who knows they are going bust but still take orders. This practice should be outlawed. Do not purchase anything from their website. You'll get nowt but heartache.

Sadly my experience has been the same as those below. Ordered a dining chair on 22nd September - no delivery or communication at all from the company - emailed twice no answer, tried calling but as noted by others the answer phone cuts off the call. I will now have to liaise with my card company to get a refund.

Scam alert ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ordered some furniture online from this company, order did not arrive, made contact and chased them for 4 weeks without no response. Tried to ring them but the phone cuts off. Eventually contacted my bank, raised a dispute and got my money back.

My son went to the store today as I have had no communication on my overdue order , the store is closed and emptied out , this is very disappointing, and daylight robbery .the website is still trading DO NOT ORDER goods
