I have been on Skill Success forever. The range of courses is phenomenal. Maybe the only downside is there are so many courses to choose it is hard to pick where to start. I got a lifetime membership, and at 73 yrs old it is one of the best investments in my continuing education.

A Brightside To Being Blindsided
I recently got a bill from this company that I was not expecting because I signed up a year ago and never participated in their services. I was upset initially because I clearly didn't even realize I owed money and was hit with their 150.00 fee--without a warning this year, however; I reached out to their company and explained why I felt I shouldn't be responsible for the payment and was told about their policy and I couldn't get a refund. I didn't want to sound like a victim, I clearly, at some point, should have read more fine print but, long story short, I got an E-mail the next day and they refunded me half of my payment. I appreciated their handling of my situation and that they did something for me in my frustration. I have only dealt with this company for a refund but their customer service is excellent.

Skill Success offers many useful courses on many subjects. I’ve taken tax courses, starting an online business courses and trading courses, and the information I’ve learned far exceed the value of the subscription.
I’ve also had nothing but excellent response times and courteous communications from the support team.

They charged my credit card without authorization.
I did not receive my log in information when I signed up but the issue was resolved several weeks later. Part way through my subscription I stopped receiving any communication from Skill Success and I also changed credit cards so I assumed Skill Success could not and would not charge me for another year subscription. I was surprised that they were able to charge my account on a defunct credit card and when I asked them to reverse the charges - because 1) I was not interested in continuing the subscription, 2) I had had no communications from them for several months, 3) I had cancelled the credit card they charged, and 4) I had not yet had a full year access to the subscription that I bought, they refused to refund the amount processed. This is not an integral company.

Well worth WAY more than what I paid
Wow! Just when you feel you have nothing to learn about, you find tons to learn about! Lol… a little difficultly getting through the coupon redemption but I already know it was just me so thankfully Maia was there to walk me through step by step with the utmost of patience of my ditziness lol… if the big boss knew how much patience that takes they would definitely reward her. Thank you Maia and Skills… think I’ll go try French 😁

3 minute French is great.
The lessons are broken into 3 minute sections which allows for flexibility and helps retention. Looking forward to next courses in French.

Absolute scammers...…
There are loads of better free courses online than those in this package.
What's more despite in previous review replies stating that notification of renewal is given...THAT IS A LIE.
Like most people I don't remember the exact day my subscription was taken and due to the poor quality if training I only used it for a couple if days....BOOM a year later £130 is removed from my account with only an invoice.
They refused to refund and pointed to T&C's....absolute scam, avoid.

I'm excited to dive into the wide variety of courses as time allows, but until then am LOVING the Productivity Hacks!
I'm just starting a career for the first time in my life at almost 49yo and have been struggling with getting started and being overwhelmed. The Productivity Hacks have given me some of the most basic steps and have helped SO MUCH.
And the customer service is wonderful!!

I subscribed for the introductory year at a discount
I subscribed for a year at a dramatically reduced rate but neither myself nor my family used any of their services. It seemed like a good idea at the time but we just didn't take advantage of it so I can't give a review of their courses. However at the one year mark I was billed for another year at full price. I contacted them two days later to cancel and get my money back but they said in the fine print it was stated there were no refunds as it was my responsibility to contact them before the year was up. They made the mistake of stating I had been a member for two years and I asked them to review my records again and they would see that I had only been an introductory member for one year - they realized their error. I made a few references to good business practice of allowing people to cancel if they hadn't used a product and showing some integrity by sending out reminders that the year end was coming up and the renewed subscription was imminent. I mentioned several other subscription companies that do that very practice. I told them I'd write a positive review if they changed their business practice and if I got a full refund. They gave me a full refund for which I am grateful so I hope they send you out a renewal reminder at year end like they should. They were indeed pleasant and professional to deal with. Read the fine print to make sure they have changed their business practice to indicate whether it's your responsibility to cancel beforehand and/or if they will send out reminders.

The Value in Skill Success
My experience of learning with Skill Success has been really fantastic. The learning materials such as the videos and workbooks are very clear and easy to follow. Also, I like that I can stop the videos and replay parts of them, as I make my notes. The trainers who deliver the information in the videos are obviously experts at what they do because of their efficiency in getting their subject matter across. These people are really good value for money, so I have no hesitation in recommending Skill Success to anyone.
