Refund policy is a joke!
I ordered their classes a year ago, and due to some life altering events, losing someone dear to me to cancer, Mother with alzheimers...I just didn't have the time not did I think about canceling it, brain overload! But all other REPUTABLE companies will send you a reminder that your subscription is almost out and time to renew. NOT this company! Check the BBB for the complaints...all regarding this issue and their heartless replies! I am working with my CC company to get my full refund, and have reported to the FTC! Run run run from this company! Too many others out there!

TERRIBLE - do not recommend. Refund policy is a joke. Customer beware and watch when your subscription renewal is. No REFUNDS due to their "strict" refund policy. Just lost $150.

The customer service through email. I am unemployed and I have been looking to land a job in a new career path, technology. As I am apply to different positions I cannot because only thing standing in my way is lack of experience /degree. I emailed if I will have full access due to not working I couldn't even afford to pay my $7 subscription. The person assisting me through chat really helped and allowed me to renew at my normal full access plan as long as I renewed. For that I appreciate the rep. Seeing my goal and really helping me the other day. I was able to get enough money in my account to renew today I am hoping land my possible job as an entry I to a new career path. Thanks alot I was happy to leave my review after being with the skill success at over or right at a year.

Signed up for a lifetime membership and just got charged $150 for what I'm not sure of and there is no way to get a person on the phone.
Just saw them advertise on Facebook $90 for lifetime membership. Is this just a scam? I would like to speak to someone with answers.

I want to rave about my experience with Skill Success and its Support Team.
After a recent serious injury instantly sidelined me from a 13-year career as a medical massage therapist, I was panicked about what to do next. I have plenty of interests and aptitudes, but I am not career-shift-ready in skills or presentation! My resume is exclusive to bodywork and is useless for any new pathways.
Simultaneously, there was a hiccup with my Skill Success All-Access account which discouraged me completely as I was desperate to find courses that would help me create credibility for a new income earning opportunity.
I reached out to customer service expecting to be disregarded, for it to be a hassle or at best, a lengthy resolution. To my amazement, the Success Team responded immediately and validated my personal situation and Skill Success account issues with the utmost respect and clarity.
I felt cared for, listened to, and valued as a customer. What a rare treat in the general realm of customer service! Within the hour my account issue was resolved and the thoughtful attention from the team reassured my heart that good things are indeed to come.
I have perused the courses in Skill Success that could be studied and would help me get started in a new direction, from resume prep to soft business skills to specific hard skills in my areas of interest... I lost count at 60 available courses. I will have no problem getting ready quickly for the big "Next Thing" in my life.
I am eternally grateful for the Success Team. They met me where I was (in crisis) and kindly lifted me up with real solutions and encouraging words. I am eager to dive into the sea of courses available for personal and professional development!

This company prays upon the fact that most people forget to cancel.
They send no notification after your year of service.
The 1 class I took was filled with common information, and there were no others in my area of interest. I did not cancel because I thought I'd surely be notified of my renewal and they'd have new classes by then.
I was not notified before the charge, and they will not grant a refund though I used the service for 1 day.
I checked the site and see no new classes in my area of interest, so I won't use the service I was charged for.

I selected the annual plan by mistake where I wanted the lifetime plan. They upgraded me within minutes and on a Saturday too!
