I have sent several emails to skillsuccess. My login credentials were compromised for breach of dark web. My email is groverg live and I have paid for lifetime subscription. Now it says my account is suspended. Can you help please. None of the emails work to customer service. I have sent multiple emails with proofs.

Site not working, and I have a lifetime subscription, gone.

The website is constantly down now - are they closed for business? I had a lifetime membership which I cannot use now. No reply when I email support.

I have tried to contact this company to cancel my subscription for a couple of months now. After several attempts with no reply and my credit card still being charged, I now have to close my credit card so they can no longer continue to charge me.

I've been a Lifetime member of Skill Success for several years and I've always been very happy with their courses and customer service.
Yes, right now there are issues with the site. I think they're redesigning it or something like that. I really, really need my Logic Pro course that I was studying, but I'm not going to give them one star because of temporary problems.
Let's be human here. Changing an entire website with dozens and dozens of courses takes time. The team must be overwhelmed with emails right now.
I've always had good experiences with Skill Success in the past, so I'm choosing to be patient and trust them to fix these issues. A little understanding goes a long way.

Done with this joke of a service. There is no consideration for existing customers. I'm a successful producer in the music industry and I literally cannot find a single music production program anymore on this dump. The service used to be decent enough. Those programs such as Ableton training were available, I was even exploring a Logic class a couple months ago. Now nothing is findable and I can't even login with my verified credentials. Whatever these idiots' excuses may be, updates, maintenance etc, I don't buy it for a second. The competence was lacking until it now during which it simply does not exist at all. In 2025 there are phenomenal and affordable training programs a click away. Do not waste anymore dollars, time, or energy on these airheads. Trainers and professors, make your own opportunities and bail from this sinking ship. There are always problems with Skillsuccess. MEMEBERSHIP CANCELLED.

I have sent multiple emails asking for help to login to my lifetime membership which I had access to before. I have heard nothing back. The site will not let me login. I already paid to have access to these courses so I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support.

I received an automatic renewal notification and decided to cancel my subscription. I tried to access my account, but the website is broken and I cannot access my account information despite logging in. It appears that all videos can be viewed freely now. The website no longer has any header or footer information. All social media accounts have been disconnected. The phone number I found for the company, located in California, has also been disconnected. I found some old links that allow access to a few pages I can still link to that have active chatbots I tried using. They are unmanned. The company has clearly closed down.

I had problems redeeming my vouchers and contacted customer support. They quickly resolved the issue and added the vouchers to my account for me.

The response time for my technical issue was immediate and promptly addressed. I received an email that my request for assistance had been received and that my issue had been resolved. Thank you.

I have the annual plan for total access and have so far enjoyed the baking videos. I have my sourdough starter started and have used it in recipes that I would have never thought of without the in-depth understanding that the videos give.

I enjoyed the Python course that I enrolled in, and I also liked the sale price of $10 per course. I would highly recommend Skill Success.

I am satisfied with my purchase of the online PMP course. It's a high level overview of the PMBOK. Upon completion, you do receive a Certificate of Completion, however, I don't know yet how this training will be viewed by potential employers. The training is good. Let's see if employers think so, too.

I DO know that I wasted thousands of dollars to get an accredited teaching degree and wasted it all because I only taught for one year. With the one pay, all inclusive, lifetime deal, just one click and you can begin learning, it's already paid for, Lifetime deal. You have access to 4,500+ courses for less than the price of a single course at places like FSU, U of F, OSU, etc. - and those are public colleges. If you're talking about private colleges, they would laugh at you for asking for a lifetime education for such a paltry sum.

Can't beat the variety of classes & the affordable pricing! And, customer support is excellent!

The on-demand classes are easy to use and lots of fun, and so far I have gotten amazing deals on the content. Very well worth it!

I was considering signing up but thought to read the reviews first. What really stands out is their complete lack of customer service and weird need to feel they have to defend themselves. Writing comments back like "well why don't you tell the full story"

Well why don't you grow up? Wildly unprofessional from them and was enough to convince me to absolutely NOT trust them with my credit card info.

They have offered great courses and I have obtained a lot of information through the courses that they have offered

DO NOT TRUST THEM. It’s all a scam. And if you do it they will not refund you back. And do not sign any suspension form
