Do not give your money to this company. They will charge you even when asked not to and they will refuse to refund your money.

Their response is always the same and they have a money back guarantee that only apply for a short, little, tiny time. Then they want to use that against you saying they are following their policy. They probably make more money off people me then they do with people who use the program.

Outstanding course, the course reinforced my Excel skills in a detailed presentation. The video clips were short but very precise in providing samples on how to do many of Excel's advanced formula and software formats. I am glad I took the time to take the course.

Skill success is great.
I just simply do not have the time to take their courses at this time, but I will come back later.

Courses are either low quality or missing key information. There are others competitors 10x better than skillsuccess. I would recommend you find online courses somewhere else.

I made a purchase for one of the courses through another vendor and was stuck as to how to access the course in Skill Success. While trying to access it I was emailed by a kind rep named Stacy and she diligently help me obtain access to the course. Hope she gets multiplied in the company and gets rewarded as well.

Support team very good sorting out a small problem I had.
New Customer and only on 1st course, my only negative so far is that 'Microsoft Power BI beginner' course needs updating...

Website is easy-to-use and customer support service is rapid and solves any issue or question you have.

Stars because the customer service was a 4.5 star service. I did not have to wait forever for my late night study session to get a rep for technical help, to access my lessons. Grace was helpful service rep.

Unfortunately, the site itself seems to always need a reboot from a rep every single time I sign in (in the last month I have made the purchase of this class). Hence, the loss of some stars from my rating.

The website is laid out clearly and it is easy to find the courses you want. I also found a course that I didn't know anything about by doing another course, which suggested it, and I am so glad they did as I found the course very interesting. It was laid out very well, broken down into sections so you could do a bit at a time. I also found the Team very helpful when I had an issue and they responded very quickly.

Skill Success have a REALLY big assortment of subjects. I have been studying at Skill Success for a couple of years now and some years ago too.

I think I have completed around 36 courses now and still I am far from half through the courses I want to study.

I have done everything from Psychology, Aroma Therapy, Coaching, Writing too Spirituality, like Reiki and Chakra therapy.

And Even finished Accredited courses, so my list of Qualifications has become kind of long...LoL

absolutely the most ethical, honest and helpful company. I asked for help two times, and each time they responded efficiently and with exceptional clarity and kindness. I must say they are the best. In my opinion, they are one of the best in all aspects.

This is a warning! Be careful because their business system is designed to take money from your bank account. In other words, MONEY GRAB.

I signed up for skillsucess then forgot to remove the auto-renew. The day I got charged for the auto-renewal, I contacted support right away to get a refund because I haven't used the service in my first year anyway so renewing for the second year is not what I wanted.

However, I was told that I cannot get a refund and was directed to their terms and conditions.

I was offered a year's extension instead of my money. So I basically paid for a service I won't use.

And to my surprise, when you paid for a year if you remove auto-renewal, you are basically cancelling your entire subscription instead of just cancelling the auto-renew feature.

This is why I am sharing, their system is designed to take money from your bank account that you won't get back in the same form.

If you decided to use this service, I would say make a reminder a day before the renewal date. Because if you don't and you don't want to use the service anymore, you are GUARANTEED to lose money.

KEY TAKE AWAY: Their business model is designed to take money without you knowing, and without a way to get it back in the same form. Decide properly and learn from other reviews as well.

Fast and easy - and good service when I had a question

They will not cancel your subscription or refund your money. The subscription price is $150.00 out of nowhere. Do not sign up it’s a waste.

I didn't even know I was in a trial, nothing actually explained that when I started an account. I figured if I wanted to take a course I would pay for it. Then I never used it. Now right before Christmas I get charged 150.00!!??? Without warning! This is some bulls*#t. I'm pissed. I emailed support, let's see what they say.
**I had a response on the 19th when I was charged the money and they told me they did not give refunds after it was charged. Now they are telling me to contact them for one in their response to this🙄🤔

I'll be honest, I haven't taken any courses yet, even I've paid for the all access pass for months now, lol, anyway I don't remember how I locked in the price for $5 for the all access pass, and come to find out you don't pay for the individual courses if you have the pass. Awesome! since I hadn't used it, I didn't know what the process was and and thought the course was STILL a different price that had to be paid, I'm already very greatful for the opportunity skillsuccess is offering to the public. I already see myself using this site to learn many different things.
