A nervous grandmother was looking for a babysitter to look after grandchildren while we took parents out for a special meal. Had never heard of Sitters but found the whole experience so easy and so reassuring! And our babysitter was wonderful - experienced, fun, down to earth and our two grandchildren took to her very quickly. We had a wonderful evening out with their parents and the grandchildren had a ball of an evening with the babysitter. Thank you to all!

Sally was prompt and communicative. Nothing phased her, even when informed she wasn’t only looking after one child but 4! She was friendly and had a can do, nothing is too much attitude. Would definitely use her again.

I have also discovered I am being charged membership fees years later after making a single booking. They hide membership in ts&cs, do not clarify full payment in confirmation email, do not invoice and do not offer refunds! I would warn against this company.

We used sitters when our child was young. Several years later having cancelled our account, we are still being charged to use the service! We have tried everything to contact sitters and even via our Bank and it has been impossible to amend the regular payments. One of those crazy stories, but true! Obviously sitters it not a fraudulent organisation but it is very casual in this situations about other peoples money and we are very disappointed at receiving no help in sorting this out. Meanwhile, the money continues to leave our account!
