Very good service, the sitters have always been brilliant. And they always find you someone at late notice. Or an emergency.
I repeat book all my sitters. 😊

The only reason it’s not a 5 star is that I think it is rather expensive.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Booked a childminder through this agency to care for my three children while we attended my father's crematorium service. It's obviously a highly emotional occasion, and having reliable childcare in place was incredibly important to our family. The agency promotes itself as providing a trusted and dependable service, so we felt confident making the booking. However, the childminder cancelled at very short notice, leaving us scrambling to find alternative arrangements at an already distressing time. What should have been one less thing to worry about became a major source of stress. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we expected much better support and contingency planning from a service that prides itself on reliability. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement.

We have been using sitters for 12 years. They have always provided us with quality sitters and we will continue to recommend this service to other families.

I was sooooo nervous about using sitters but it was brilliant. From booking to meeting our sitter. Elisabeth was AMAZING with our 6 year old. They had a great time and I was sent some updates through the evening.

I reached out in an emergency and I was assigned a reliable, thoughtful sitter who was hands on with my kids. Alison had a calm presence, when I returned home my children looked happy. I was pleased with her service.

The booking service was quick and easy. The babysitter was so accommodating and arranged a video call prior to the booking so we could get to know a little about her and her experience. Highly recommended service. Would definitely use again.

I would love to be able to give a review on an actual sitter but unfortunately I can't. I have made a booking twice now and nobody has filled it. The last booking sat there for weeks. Apparently most are filled within 48 hours so it begs the question why some aren't responded to at all. There are plenty of sitters in my area based on the info you can see. My son has additional needs. I can only assume that is why nobody has accepted my booking which is pretty sad.
