The product’s arrived fast and well…
The product’s arrived fast and well packed. The only problem that I haven’t given 5 stars is the DHL sent me a message to pay for the extra tax after Brexit, but I talked to the shop4body’s customer service and they told me I didn’t need to pay as they were going to pay it. The product is working, I have already many spots that don’t have hair anymore, the machine works great!

Very fast delivery. I get the parcel on the next day! I bought Braun Ipl pro 5, which was in a good price, compare to the others avalivable on the market. I saved 50£!!!
It was packed well and do the job, but I need to wait for the results I reckon.

Great customer support!
The team of Shop4Body really went out and beyond to give me a good shopping experience. It was a little tricky though as I ordered from Germany and due to Brexit my package was held longer with customs as expected. However, the team always contacted me right away upon request to give me updates and they even refunded me the customs I had to pay and gave me an extra discount as I had to wait so long for my package to arrive. I really appreciated their customer support - in the end, it was not their fault that there were customs difficulties. Thank you, Shop4Body!
