I ordered the Philips Lumea Prestige laser hair removal device. It arrived within 3 days to Canada from the UK. Shop4body was also running a promotion where I got free safety glasses and a facial scrubbing/massage tool, super bonus! The service by Shop 4 Body was excellent, they even paid all the import fees & duty in a very timely manner. I was able to contact customer service and they responded in minutes! Best experience I've had shopping online in a long time. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company in future.

Shopping experience with Shop4Body is good and product was delivered on time, but after sales service support is lacking.
I purchased a TRIA Beauty 4X laser 3 years ago which has suddenly stopped working. Please be aware that Shop4Body cannot provide you any assistance beyond the initial warranty period. I asked if they could repair, exchange or refurbish with no results. I would suggest buying the laser directly from the manufacturer - whom also has a website and sells the product. TRIA seems to have more extensive shipping options available these days.
