International shipping took a while due to a long customs stay, but the shop covered the incurred customs fees and taxes, and the package arrived safely.

Even though they stated all taxes paid, still had to pay 15e import, while delivery already cost 17€, so not sure what happened.

I had trouble with local customs and Shop4Body were very reassuring and checked regularly with me and postal services.
They added travel adaptor for continental outlets and refunded customs costs (EU).

So pleased I found this site!
With the beauty salons being closed due to the lockdown I've been looking to buy the Braun Silk Expert IPL Pro 5 PL5124 for nearly a year and made a mistake not getting one over the Black Friday period when they were on offer and I am trying to avoid buying anything from Amazon these days.
I had am AWFUL experience with an eBay seller last month and was about to give in and order it from Amazon when I came across Shop4Body.com - not sure how I never saw them before, so glad I did, I placed the order on a Friday and received it the following Monday, packed beautifully that there was not a dent on the Braun box and to top it off had excellent correspondence with their customer service team (thank you, Katherine).
The product itself I've only used once but came on recommendation so have high hopes it will do the job.
All in all, am very happy with the service, will order from Shop4Body.com again and recommend them.
