I am so satisfied with their services. First, WhatsApp customer support did very quick and friendly response about my concerns. Delivery was faster than imagined. I ordered on Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday, and received it on Wednesday morning, from UK to Malaysia by DHL. Since I was first time customer, I was a little skeptical and worried, but it's a very trustworthy company. I haven't tried the device yet but hope it will be all fine! Thank you for your service!

Thank you for your message. As advised earlier all our packets are checked by two people from the dispatch team and this kind of incident has never happened. We only sell brand new products in their original packaging as supplied by the distributor/manufacturer. You need to wipe the IPL hair remover head with a clean cloth after every use. Please read the user manual which explains on how to clean and maintain the device.
