Jeg har virkelig fortrudt at have købt noget på denne hjemmeside. Købte en dyr T-shirt til min datter, som skulle bruges til blå mandag. Den kom hurtigt, men var alt for lille. Jeg sendte den hurtigt retur, og kunne se at den var kommet retur til dem. Skrev mail til dem hvornår jeg kunne forvente at høre fra dem. De sagde at de havde haft mange retur pakker, så der var ventetid. Rykkede et par gange, og langt om længe fik jeg en mail om at den var refunderet. Pengene har jeg bare aldrig modtaget. Har skrevet til dem igen, og nu er der bare stilhed fra dem. Jeg bestilte midt i april, så indtil videre har det taget 1,5 mdr. Øv!

I ordered a pair on Jordan 6 Ma Maniere trainers, they were the best price at the time and had my size ( I had to convert the US size to UK, so make sure you check when ordering)
They came quickly and in perfect condition, the trainers look superb and with the money off... a steal. Thank you.
very poor online service
I placed an order which they accepted. Supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery. Seven or 8 days later still hadn't been despatched. They claimed as I knew they would that it was the bank holiday that caused delay. Order should have been delivered before that. No response to three emails. No reply to phone calls just rang and rang them went to engaged tone. Very poor customer service by post at least. The only thing they got right was a fast refund when I cancelled the order. I reckon they had sold out and just didn't want to admit it. My advice avoid using online.
No refund after return – buyer protection denied
I am very disappointed with this case. I ordered a jacket from Dover Street Market and returned it within the allowed timeframe because the item did not match my expectations based on the product images.
The return was sent properly via DHL Express and delivered to the seller. The delivery can be fully tracked via DHL, and the parcel was even signed for upon delivery by Dover Street Market. In addition, I also received confirmation from DHL customs regarding the successful return shipment.
However, despite the item being returned and received, I have not received a refund.
To make matters worse, PayPal also rejected my buyer protection claim, stating that the item matched the description. This leaves me in a very unfair situation: the seller has the returned jacket, PayPal has denied buyer protection, and I am left without both the product and my money.

This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the high value of the purchase. I expected better customer service and a fair resolution from both the seller and the payment provider.
I hope this matter can still be resolved and that I receive the refund for the returned item.

They started ignoring me after I returned the items to the store
Hi everyone,
I ordered three pairs of sneakers, but unfortunately none of them fit. I returned the items, and according to tracking they were delivered back on March 10. I contacted support and was told the refund would be processed within 5–7 business days.
After 5 days, I followed up because I hadn’t received anything, and since then my emails and calls have been completely ignored. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times from different email addresses, but no response at all.

Hmmm could do better
Selection of clothes and dispatch is good, returns processing very poor. Often takes over a month from receipt of returns to refund, and requires chasing.
