Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Dealt with Rose and it was extremely unhelpful.
I placed 4 orders. I asked to cancel 2 as the wrong size was purchased.
I sent a clear email (forwarding the original order I placed) and she cancelled the wrong order, which I never even enquiried or emailed about.
On the phone she sounded sleepy and reluctant to help.
Asked to speak to supervisor, which apparently doesn’t work on Mondays.

Don’t buy the items on their website! ordered it on Monday, ask for update on Wednesday and they said that the items was on packing and shipping process
And now, Friday, I still didn’t get any shipping update and I ask for cancel but their customer service didn’t do anything

Cancelled my order
Cancelled my order. I was assured in writting a couple of days after my order, via customer service agent called Rose, that my order had been received, processed and was being prepared for shipping. It was then cancelled after 3 days saying that they were now out of stock. Very dissapointed and dishonest customer service.
