Pam was kind BUT she did not cancel my order like I asked her to. I’m still being charged on my bank account for something I called in to CANCEL. She said she would cancel my order and that I would NOT be charged!! Not happy!!

I called your support number today and Kayla was my contact. She was very pleasant, professional and was able to help me efficiently and quickly. All customer service people should be this pleasant to work with.

I only used the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks when I noticed my highlights in my hair almost disappeared. It was highly unusual for me to have my highlights fade. My hair lost its sheen and became drab. My hair stylist suggested I stop using the products for a few weeks to see if my new highlights stay in. And they stayed in. I can only assume the Shapiro s products faded my highlights.

When I called to cancel my monthly subscription the customer service representative suggested that they delay the shipment until I can use up what I already have on hand. Great product and nice people when called. Can’t ask for much more.

I’ve been using Shapiro MD for quite a few years now. I am a loyal customer because the stuff works, and also because they have great costumer service and they always go above and beyond to help and resolve issue’s! Today I had to call and talk to one of their representatives, I had the opportunity to talk to Kayla who helped me on my call. I explained why I was calling and the help I needed for my situation and she helped and resolved everything with in the timely manner! I don’t right reviews, usually but today I had to because of her help and positive attitude! Thank you Kayla😃

I had to contact Shapiro MD customer service to update my email address. I spoke to Pamela E who provided excellent service. She was patient, thorough and reviewed all of my other information which allowed me to know I had to update my phone number as it had changed. Thank you Pamela for making this update easy and issue free!

The customer service at this company is SUPERIOR!! Very RARE these days!! Especially Pam!! They answer your call immediately - no hold time. Very knowledgeable about the product!! Never make you feel like they are in a rush to get off the phone. In this techno age, getting the help you need is so great!!
