Beware of losing coloring
I only used the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks when I noticed my highlights in my hair almost disappeared. It was highly unusual for me to have my highlights fade. My hair lost its sheen and became drab. My hair stylist suggested I stop using the products for a few weeks to see if my new highlights stay in. And they stayed in. I can only assume the Shapiro s products faded my highlights.

I’ve been using Shapiro MD for quite a few years now. I am a loyal customer because the stuff works, and also because they have great costumer service and they always go above and beyond to help and resolve issue’s! Today I had to call and talk to one of their representatives, I had the opportunity to talk to Kayla who helped me on my call. I explained why I was calling and the help I needed for my situation and she helped and resolved everything with in the timely manner!
