This is an experience with the people who are writing the reviews. Really now...do you care about writing a review about customer service? People i dont care if someone was so wonderfully helpful ready to be your bestie for the rest of your life over the phone. I want read a ton of reviews that says the product works or it doesn't work. In the first place why are you having to call customer service? You order the product online and read the directions. Does it work or not?

Love the products! They work. My hair has never looked so full. Had a small issue and Kayla resolved quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service!

The product is excellent, my hairdresser wanted to know how I had all this new hair growth. The customer service is unbelievably helpful with any questions you might have.

I have been using Shapiro MD products since 2018, and they have been truly outstanding. However, what sets them apart even more is their exceptional customer service. I recently had the pleasure of placing an order with Pamela Englert; she was fantastic to work with. She is an excellent listener, pays close attention to customer needs, and provides valuable advice and the best deals.

I highly recommend that Shapiro MD consider opening a distribution center in Canada. I currently face challenges obtaining Minoxidil and leave-in foam.

Pam Englert is the best! Every time I need to make changes for my orders, she is extremely courteous and energetic, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and is not a call I dread making because I know who will be helping me on the other end….and that’s a great thing!

Everytime I have called customer service, I talk to the nicest people to talk to me like a friend. So kind and very informative on the products. I have been using Shapiro MD for 3 years now and I can tell a difference big time! My youngest son looks to have the male pattern baldness gene from my family. I am trying to avoid that if possible for him. I realize there is no guarantee Shapiro could not stop him from going bald, but I believe in these products enough to try it.

The folks at Shapiro have always been very helpful and attentive to any special needs that arise.
