I called to correct my order yesterday, and spoke to Pamela Englert. I really appreciate how she resolve my issue with the order. Also, when I told her what happened to the previous shipment, that the boxing was thin, and the shampoo and conditioner were leaking, she offered to give me 1 bottle of shampoo and 1 bottle of conditioner for compensation of the leakage.
