Pam in customer service answered my questions regarding my autoship. I was able to make adjustments without any problems. She was clear, articulate, and pleasant. The hairgrowth kit has worked well for me. I also have an additional autoship on the minoxidil since I need more before my kit is shipped again.

Pamela Englert was very helpful in changing my order. She did not pressure me and offered to extend shipping dates. It was overall a great experience.

The product has worked when nothing else did. And when I called customer service to pause my subscription, they were very helpful. When I called again at a later date to update my payment information, I was impressed that I didn't have a long wait time and the customer support team is always very helpful and gracious.

I needed to adjust my order and Nae was very helpful in solving my problem. I had previously called the customer portal to make this change but obviously that person did not get it correct..
