Started off with a car stereo purchase, now I recently got a home theater setup. Will be back as well!

Great prices, fast service and if they don't have it will get it. You can save on name brand quality products.

I have a Denon Blu-ray Universal DVD player ( DBT-3313UDCI). Unfortunately, just after the manufacturer's warranty expired, the laser disc reader (that reads DVDs) stop working. The replacement laser was approximately $350 with another $200 for labor. Because I was happy with the make and model of the player, I called Safe & Sound to inquire about purchasing a new unit. I had NOT purchased the original unit from Safe & Sound. I was given an excellent price for a new unit that was only slightly more that repairing my current unit. No Brainer!! I placed the order and the new unit arrived "safe & sound" on my doorstep in a about 3 business days!! Thank you Safe & Sound for a very pleasant and smooth transaction!! My next AV purchase will come from you!

When purchasing items such as audio/video equipment, I can spent countless hours looking for the best deal possible. Once I achieve that, I could care less about customer service. But it's truly a win-win and a breath of fresh air when you get the best price and outstanding customer service. That was my experience with Dave and Safe & Sound Inc. On top of that, I know very little about audio/video setup and installation and Dave has instilled confidence that I can handle this myself. I've already recommended Safe and Sound to friends and family.

Ordering from this company was a great pleasure. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they educated me. They responded to ALL my emails immediately even on weekends. They are a small family business and no wonder they have been around for so long!

As a DENON dealer, they obviously know how BEST to represent that company's products. The people @ Safe & Sound were VERY knowledgeable on the telephone, and took all the time I (!) needed for me to best understand what they were recommending.
The BEST part is they were/are personable, kinda like they are inviting you to become a member of their Happy Family of Satisfied Customers and Employees, both.

To say they BESTED (by a LONG shot) all of the other dealers I have spoken with,
is an understatement. Let me simply summarize by stating you CANNOT purchase a DENON unit for less elsewhere.

And shipping ? Prompt and they DOUBLE BOX !! How rare is that today ? !!!

Safeandsoundhq.com had a wide variety of Polk speakers and a denon receiver that I was interested. Gary helped me on the chat service and designed my theater/ house system with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to save a ton of money by purchasing some open box items that were available. I will be back for future purchases.

I made my 1st purchase from Safe and Sound a few years ago. I was given very knowledgeable advice and guidance for the theater room I was looking to build. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process that I came back for round 2. I am now working on a new project of building a man cave. Before my order, I had very little knowledge of home theater speakers and the terminology that goes with it. They hav tremendous knowledge of what they sell and are very easy to talk to, and available at all times, even Sundays! Now I just need to hide the bill from my wife!
