I've ordered two Parasound B-stock products from Safe and Sound over the years, and the products were always perfect. Shipping was free and took about a week to get to me in the Western US. Highly recommended for online purchasing of audio products.

I checked out safe and sound having not done business with them in the past. I wanted to understand why I was getting a great price. I found a very straight forward answer that made sense. They had a stella rating on many review sites. I was not disappointed. In the midst of the busiest weekend of the year Dave called me up and gave me some great news. If I need something home theater related again I will look to these guys before I look anywhere else.

Safe and Sound exceeded my expectations with my recent purchase of 5 Polk 900LSs. These are replacements for an existing in-ceiling home theater setup. Originally, I ordered 3 900LSs for the front, and 2 700LSs for the rear. I soon realized the 700's would be too small for the existing cutouts. I emailed Safe & Sound (after hours). Within a few hours, Dave (from S&S) wrote me back and we quickly corrected the order. My 5 new 900's arrived within days! The sound is awesome! Thanks Dave and Safe & Sound! Well done!

I had to get the speakers quickly for our contractors deadlines, and safe and sound went above and beyond to get us them in time. They were friend and super responsive. Highly Recommend.

These guys spent a lot of time looking over the area where the speakers would be installed. The finished job was outstanding. The only cuts made in my walls were for the speakers. I felt the cost was very reasonable for the work that they did. The job consisted of installing one Center two front and two rear speakers as well as hanging the TV and installing an outlet and cable junction behind the TV. They also installed and setup a receiver.

I ordered an amp, which unfortunately didn't work out. Dan took it back no questions asked. I'd recommend him highly!!

I purchased a 2-channel amp online Sunday while watching football. I reached out to them to ask when they thought it might get delivered as I'm like a kid in a candy store with any new purchase of this type. I recently purchased the Marantz Sr 7010 and A 2 channel amplifier from this company. Their customer service was excellent before and after the sale. My new receiver was having difficult time connecting to my Wi-Fi. When I let them know, they called me on a Saturday to walk me through how to get it connected properly. they were always quick to respond to any questions I had when I was deciding what the purchase, and even more impressive how good the customer service was after they made the sale.

I was very pleased to receive an email notifying me of some Parasound A21's, B stock, that were available. The transaction was smooth and very professional. Delivery was very fast and earlier than original expected date. The A 21 looks and sounds fantastic. I would like to thank Safe and Sound for a great deal and great sale. I wanted to buy a Denon Denon AVRX5200W. The going price was about 2K. This was beyond my budget. I started searching the web and found Safe and Sound's "open box" price at $1395 with shipping. This included the as-new warranty. I started a chat to make sure this was not too good to be true. I was convinced in short order and made the purchase that same evening. In addition customer service and technical support are superb. I will most-definitely be shopping for home theater equipment with Safe and Sound in the future. My hats off to their team! Clark C.

Just before purchasing a Polk home theater speaker package from the manufacturers website I came across the Safe & Sound website. Prices seemed too good to be true but there they were listed as authorized dealers on the Polk website. Decided to purchase open box items but had to call to see if one particular item was available as open box. Unfortunately it was out of stock but Dave gave me a tremendous discount on brand new components. Literally saved me hundreds of dollars. The prices are great and the service even better!! Do not hesitate to purchase from this dealer.
