Fantastic experience
I was so happy to find these guys. I ordered an AVR, an amplifier and a bunch of in-ceiling and in-wall speakers. Dave was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with via phone or email. Everything arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. Don't hesitate to buy from Safe&SoundHQ.

Great people, poor product.
All people who I spoke with were great. Knowledgeable and friendly. I bought just the door opener/locks no starter. Have to be two or three feet away, not 25 feet as I was told and have to press the button several times to have doors lock or unlock. Not happy with product at all.

other-worldly customer service
Dave and Mike and the whole Safe and Sound family offer a level of customer service one doesn't really experience these days. Being from Idaho, I don't really have a lot of high end audio options, I have to rely heavily on online options. I've purchased two Parasound components from Safe and Sound and after dealing with their expertise, patience, and knowledge I feel comfortable in saying this has been the BEST customer service experience I've ever had, ever! Bottom line, these guys know their product, they fully stand by the quality of said product, and they treat the consumer like family from the onset. Safe and Sound has offered me the best customer service experience I've ever had AND the Parasound 2100 and 2125 I purchased really makes my turntable setup sing in a way I didn't think possible at this price point. Thank you so much very for helping me to make some very great audio decisions! I'm forever a fan of Safe and Sound!

Very pleased with the job.
They put a remote starter on my CRV. I scheduled an appointment for friday 3:00pm left the car, I was supposed to pick it up saturday next day. I asked them if they could do it in the same day so I can pick it up later that day, I needed the car for work next day. They said they will try their best. I went home and wasn't really expecting to get a call because it was late afternoon, and around 5:15 pm got a call from them, the job was done. Very satisfied, and happy with their service, good job and well done guys, Chris and David, Kavin.

Integrity and Service
I had ordered a reconditioned amplifier at a substantial discount, but S&S called and informed me that the brand-new amplifier was being discounted for Black Friday to close to the price of the reconditioned unit. This allowed me to get the new-in-box amp within my budget.
They certainly didn't have to reach out to me like that. Great customer service makes me a fan. I'll be back for any other audio needs.
