Quite hard to make a refund. Unable to cancel a product monthly subscription. Customer service is not helpful, just quick to call and not resolve issue at hand. Aside that the product works. However, it’s essential you improve on your customer services and help customer resolve issue on time.

I had great customer service prior to purchasing a product as I wasn't sure what would be appropriate for my daughter's hair. I was offered good advice and soon after made a purchase. So far I can't fault the product, my daughter is autistic and has SPD so anything in her hair or skin can irritate her. The advice I was given was by someone who seemed to understand our needs and concerns and made appropriate suggestions. Thanks for your service hope to continue purchasing from you.

This was a repurchase of the Honey Rain Juice which I find extremely moisturising for my hair. I have used this companies product for a long time since meeting them at the Afro Hair show many years ago. The Honey rain juice however is my go to product which I've now started using on my granddaughter's hair.

Good product just a expensive..

Works really well in my girls mixed race hair, and handy guides and emails that come with it of how to use each product. Will be using again.

Absolutely love the twurly butter, nice and moisturising for my son’s hair, along with the honey rain juice that has always been a household favourite. Heavens milk is light yet moisturising also for my 1 year.

I have used the quench anti-breakage creme for years and I think it is one of the only products that my hair can take.
