Amazing service!! Quick delivery and packages really well as always

Not all the product arrived - still awaiting for one three weeks later.
Products leave my hair (4c) feeling tacky and heavy. The products have created frizz and reversion of silk press. Quite disappointed with these products.

My hair is nice and soft and naturally my hair is corse.

They can improve their customer service and deliver what customers order and also sort out their discounts online so they deduct properly.

I placed my order to take advantage of the buy one get one free offer. Only one of each product arrived. The second item is intended as a Christmas gift. I emailed customer service but have yet to receive a reply.

Great hair products, they do exactly as they say! My daughters hair stays nice & moisturised whereas with other products it got drive very quickly. I’ve also noticed growth which is really good too. Will definitely be using these products for the long run!

I was recommended this product for detangling, my son is dual heritage but has a really large curly afro for 19 months old.
This product is nice and sprays well, I traded my usual leave in spray conditioner for it which is actually less than half the cost but I wanted to try honey rain juice so was willing to pay more if it was amazing, however my son appears to cry more with this product and makes more fuss when I’m trying to do his hair, once it’s dry it does leave lovely curls but I feel I will be going back to our original due to cost and my son seeming to be happier when I’m doing his hair and less fuss.

I did not want to give Root2tip a bad review. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. I made an order in time to receive before going away on holiday as I wanted to take my items away with me. When the item took time to arrive I sent a message. Great news the item arrived before I had to go away, but they replaced one of my items for something small and cheaper than what should have been in my order. I then sent a message to find out where that particular item was and why I did not receive it. I just received a message saying I should put it in my hair that it is a leave in and it will do wonders to my hair, whilst I wait for my missing item. I thought that was nice of them. I just wonder if I had not required the missing item would they just had cheated me by giving me a cheaper and smaller item. I continued to chase up the item that was missing, eventually they replaced it and before my holiday, but guess what the item arrived damaged. I ended going off on my holiday without it. Whilst on holiday I have been chasing them up to sort out this issue and they just simply ignore my messages, but continue to send me messages to give a feedback of my experience, so there you have it, here you’re feedback Root2tip.

The grow it long kit has helped my Locs to flourish and feel healthy. Dryness has gone. My roots and scalp feel energised, just what I needed.
