High quality products with great customer service

Such a great company to work with. While things sometimes go out of stock or don't work the way they are supposed to--such as seeds that don't germinate for whatever reason, or a part that breaks over time--Rise is quick to respond to help requests and make offers for a fair resolution. Seriously, it's always a painless process to contact and follow up with them, and I feel like every purchase I have made with them has been well-worth the investment.

Love these gardens

My experience with this company has been good with the exception of some out of stock parts. I love the gardens and have found them easy to use. I love I can grow year round and control how my food is produced.

Great customer service

The customer service was phenomenal. My wife’s the user of the rise garden and we haven’t had any issues until the control panel went out. After troubleshooting, I promptly diagnosed the issue. Customer service rep sent a new one once I shared a receipt of purchase verifying the warranty was still valid. I appreciate customer service that stands by their product and doesn’t make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get what you need. We will continue to be customers because of this experience.

I love my three tier Rise garden

I love my three tier Rise garden. I had an issue with a tier not lighting. Customer Service figured out it was my controller and quickly sent me a replacement. Everything is working perfectly now. Lots of herbs growing and it’s so convenient to pick them fresh from inside while cooking.

Was fun while it lasted...

I had my rise Garden for a little over a year and it was working great for me. However like another reviewer my power supply burned out. It seemed like a electrical issue andl hazard as the connector completely melted and got very hot. The company claimed I had a power surge but nothing in my house was damaged (other than the garden) and there were no storms in my area. After some arguing they agreed to replace the power supply. That was March and it is now the end of June and I have no power supply. The company claims they're having supply chain issues. So now I have a $1,300 three-tier Garden sitting in my kitchen doing absolutely nothing. Very frustrating and disappointing. No updates for a month now. No end in site and no recourse.

I am so sorry for this incredibly frustrating experience. Having garden sitting idle for months is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for both the initial power supply failure and the long delay in getting you the necessary replacement parts.

We completely understand your frustration. The reason for this extended wait is a significant supply chain issue with the control boards. While the replacement power supply was shipped, the control boards are still being manufactured. We've been informed by our production team that they are missing essential components—antennas and screws—to complete the final assembly.

We know that having the power supply doesn't solve your core problem, and we're doing everything we can to get these parts and ship your control board out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this difficult situation.

LOVE my garden

LOVE my garden. It has been a steady source of tender greens, herbs, and joy for several years. In spring I especially enjoy getting seedlings started in trays of 12, to move outside to my raised beds when they're ready. When the power block failed, I was thrilled with how quickly I heard back from customer service (a real person!), and they assisted in getting a replacement very quickly. Rise Gardens continues to do things right.

Amazing customer service

The Rise customer service team has been amazing to work with. When my order arrived damaged, they were super accommodating and immediately made arrangements to replace the damaged parts. Really happy with the service.

We loved watching our herbs

We loved watching our herbs, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers grow. We harvested so much from them and even extended their lives by transplanting into our outdoor gardens so that we could start more plants in the rise garden. The plants were easy to grow. The rise garden takes care of everything on its own with weekly water and nutrients added. So fun!

Great Service

I received a personal rise garden as a gift after my friend passed away. Everything was new in the box, but no receipt. The garden is so much fun and I enjoy it so much. Then the pump stopped working, so I ordered a new one. When I plugged it in the water light would still blink, so I contacted Rise Gardens to see what to do. They determined that I needed a new unit, but I didn't have proof of purchase. They sent me a new one regardless. I'm so happy. I love my water garden!

I have a family garden that has been working beautifully for over five years. After a routine cleaning, the lights indicating water level, automatic dimming and wifi status light didn't work. The Rise Support Team was in contact with me very quickly and stayed with me until the problem, a shorted-out control panel, had been addressed. They even ordered the part I needed for me.
