Terrible customer service
If your product is not available nor superb, your customer service better be. Your communication is amongst the worst. If a product is going to be delayed over a month, let the customer know. If your digital subscription is not working, let them know. I had to ask repeatedly and never did get the subscription nor the order.
Love, hate relationship
I loved my rise garden and previously never had problems with the company. But I placed my order in April and it’s now July. I haven’t received my order or updates about it. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times to get status updates and eventually requested a refund. The continuous response I’ve received is my items should be out for shipping next month due to supplier complications causing delays. I was originally told May, then mid-May, early June, then late June. Now I have to report the company for fraud in order to receive my 400$ back on my card. I still yet to know the progress or location of my order. I hope the shipping delays will get sorted and I’ll be able to resume as a customer in the future. But I’m not pleased with how this has been handled and wish they processed my refund. I definitely would’ve left a better review had they’d been initially upfront about the expected delays and processed my refund upon request.

A portion of my order never arrived and it wasn’t until I reached out to Rise that I was told items were back ordered. They continued to be delayed beyond the anticipated time window and it took numerous requests for refund and cancellation to finally have this occur. I previously had great experiences with Rise, but that is no longer true. Seeds I did receive were not labeled.
Go with a competitor and save yourself
I ordered a three level Rise 3 garden in February for just over $1,500 after tax. When I did not receive any updates on shipping after five weeks, I reached out to customer service.
What followed was months of frustration trying to communicate with a combination of canned AI responses and customer service reps who couldn’t keep track of the issue. It reached a point where after several broken promises I requested a refund, which was ignored. Customer service would respond telling me good news, it’s definitely going to ship soon as if I was not asking for a refund and expressing my frustrations.
One day the garden just appeared, no update or tracking number received and customer service actively telling me it hadn’t shipped yet but would soon.
Worse the garden is damaged and ugly. I specifically chose Rise over its competitors for the aesthetics, and on top of that for the amount of money spent I expect a good experience and a good product. The back panel on the unit is completely ripped off, the front wooden doors are scratched, and I couldn’t get all of the screws into the top shelf because of a bent metal piece. The documentation and registration also wasn’t working. When I reported these issues to customer service, they only addressed the barcode issue.
It’s not just the delays, but the horrible management of customers and the frustrating and saddening way customer service tries to exhaust and depress customers instead of providing a good experience. Do NOT purchase this product. Assuming you actually receive it, you are just in for frustration anyway.
I am very tired of customer service thanking me for patience they exhausted weeks ago. I just want some compensation for a very expensive product I will need to repair on my own since the company itself is just a cash grab.
I bought the Personal Rise Garden…
I bought the Personal Rise Garden missing (8) Starter Plant Variety Pack, (1) pH Balance, (1)Thrive, & (1)Sprout so I cannot used it. I made a second order and for 1 Blossom Dry, 1 Sprout Dry and 1 pH Balance and I did not receive any confirmation that it is being prepared or shipped? They do not respond to there support email, no phone number on their website. Too bad because the equipment looks excellent but there services is absolutely awful...
I ordered from Rise Gardens in February…
I ordered from Rise Gardens in February and have yet to receive my order or a refund. Rise Gardens never notified me there was going to be a delay and has only participated in explaining the situation after I initiate an email. I was sent a partial order without their Bloom powder and the plants I did get didn't grow well without it. I'm still fighting for a refund fir the remaining items that were suppose to have arrived at the end of April. Poor customer service, poor communication, plants don't produce fruits/vegetables without the grow nutrients they sell and currently Amazon says they are out of stock and won't be returning. Rise Gardens themselves stated they have no idea as to when they will have more. It sounds like Rise Gardens may have had to discontinue the item-wondering why? Possible health risks?
Still haven't received it months later
I was billed when I placed my order, but it's months later and I still have not received it due to issues filling the product on your side. There was no communication about this until I emailed you.
I have two unfulfilled orders
I have two unfulfilled orders, one since February, with no response from client service. Some of the seeds I bought never germinated and others don't mature. I'm truly dissapointed.
The equipment worked fine at first
The equipment worked fine at first, until it didn't. Then parts are not available to replace or repair. Don't bother with their membership - they are constantly short on seeds and supplies so they will delay shipments multiple times. Instead of getting 4 shipments (once every 90 days) in a year, you will only get 3.
Look somewhere else.
Placed my pre-order for new rise loft. Email said it would ship mid-may. It is now June and I have not received an update even after attempting to call(phones are disconnected) and email(0 response).
Lack of service and fulfillment of orders
I placed an initial order with my rise garden back in December and still have not fulfilled my full order 6 months later. I’ve also purchased a few additional items since then and they have not arrived. Customer service is terrible and it’s impossible to reach someone.
I love my garden, but I would not recommend it to anybody.

First, we are very excited about the Rise Garden Loft Product. However, so far, we feel we have been left in the dark. No updates have been provided to us regarding the status of our order. I understand it was a pre-order, but still, it would have been nice to be informed about what's going on or when it may be delivered. We are just sitting around excitedly, unsure of what's happening.
Poor fulfillment experience from Rise Gardens
I own the Rise Personal garden. On the plus side, when I finally receive the seed pods, I have had success growing them. My biggest frustration is order fulfillment. My orders have taken months to fulfill. There have not been any updates during that time—I have had to email them about the order to find out what is going on. I have resorted to buying pods on Amazon and planting my own seeds. But having paid for the 1-yr membership, I would like to get what I paid for in a timely manner. Very frustrating to wait so long for the materials you need to grow successfully! I would not recommend buying a garden from Rise.
Non existent customer support
Rise Gardens is a cheap product made by a terrible company with a non existent customer support. Please do not waste your money, time or energy.

I pre-ordered the Rise Loft garden and it was supposed to ship in February 2026 but it's March 2026 and I have yet to receive anything. I received a email about rating my experience and so I figured I would give my feedback thus far. I haven't received any updates on delivery either.
