UNABLE TO RETURN PRODUCT!

No way to return an unopened box of Ribbon Monthly Checkup. Website has transformed into something different & it appears they have shut down in US. I want a refund!

Availability in USA & Monthly Charges

I bought the kit but was not aware of the $20 monthly charges or that there were different packages to choose from. I am in the USA and it says it is no longer available there. That sounds like it is a fraud and they were caught. I did get results on my first 2 tests but assume I will not be able to use it in the future. How can I contact the company?

RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGES

I ordered the Ribbon testing kit on 11/2/25 for $128.50. I am getting charged a monthly fee of $19.99 which I did not sign up for. Only used the test twice. Another SCAM stating it was during checkout. Trying to find where to cancel but of course it is not on the app. So this SCAM got me for almost $200 BUCKS!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Unavailable in the US

Unfortunately, we live in the United States so this test kit we received is worthless! We cannot access anything and would like to return it, but can't seem to find an address or phone number! We also knew nothing about a subscription, which of course would be useless for us I need to talk to someone!

Total BS.....do not order

So I just received my kit in the mail today and when I try to load the app I get a message that states " Ribbon Checkup has discontinued the sale, distribution and marketing of the Ribbon Checkup At Home Kit in the United States. Ribbon Checkup's software is not available for download"

When I tried to use the app

When I tried to use the app, I received a “This action not supported”. I contacted them and received a message:
We want to let you know that Ribbon Checkup has discontinued the sale, distribution, and marketing of the Ribbon Checkup At-Home Kit in the United States. Additionally, the Ribbon Checkup software and web application are no longer available for download or access.

If you were trying to scan your kit or log in to the web application, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand this may be frustrating and truly appreciate your understanding.

If you purchased a kit and would like to request a refund, please let us know here in the chat and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

I thought the kit was a one time…

I just received this response from Ribboncheckup.com. If anyone bought kit(s) like I did, they are absolutely worthless!

Response: “Ribbon Checkup has discontinued the At-Home Kit and its software, which means the app is no longer accessible, and you will not be able to scan kits or review test results through it.

I thought the kit was a one time purchase, but I was just charged a monthly subscription fee of $19.99. There is no indication that when you order a kit, there is also a monthly subscription fee. I tried going through their App to cancel, and lo and behold, their website no longer exists. Total scam!

Be CAUTIOUS

Ordered the ‘kit’ in January of 2026, then saw a charge for the (not clearly) stated ‘subscription’ to my account in February. I went to the website to uncover this is not longer sold nor supported in the United States! I got on with their chat via the site and requested a full refund for the kit and monthly subscription cost…..the chat person said I should see a FULL refund within 10 days. Let’s hope so! Really disappointed in the company for continuing to charge when no longer the app or kit are sold in the States….very fishy! Be cautious!

FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTION with NO WAY TO CONTACT RIBBON

I purchased the Ribbon Kit there was no mention of a subscription and come to find out there are different choices for subscription of which none was given during the purchase. There is no Customer Service phone number and no address listed on their website. This situation screams FRAUD.

Hidden fees :(

Like everyone else is saying … They hide the required monthly fee. Not a real person in support — pre-generated replies. It makes sense why they don’t have real people in support as i can see after buying so many people complain and feel cheated by this but they’re still doing it.

Had to file with the credit card company for a refund because you can’t even return it and you can’t use it without paying the monthly subscription.

They have a $5 per month plan which to me is reasonable and I would pay that but they auto sign you up for a $20 / month plan. Honestly I would even pay the $20 IF they were up front about it. Nobody likes having the wool pulled over their eyes though and so I practice I refuse to support companies who do use tricky methods on customers.

Easy affordable testing with fast results

After receiving my Ribbon test kit I followed the directions and completed my first test. I was surprised as to how easy it was and how fast I received the results. Having the convenience of testing at home for me gives piece of mind without the hassle of making doctor visits and shelling out big dollars with the ability to download the test results. I can print them out and share the with my doctor if the test reveal areas that are abnormal.
