I personally had a good experience

I personally had a good experience, I see theyre now discontinued which is unfortunate. I received a refund from my order and it was easy. Im not convinced these results are accurate but that is disclaimed in every online resource related to urinalysis.

Ribbon Test, Be Your Own Health Advocate!!

I love my Ribbon Check-Up strips. They provide me with peace of mind, in-between doctor visits. I like this product so much that I ordered one for my mother as well. I also love that the team, especially Faith Penrose!! I had a small discrepancy with changing plans and she was very present and resolved my issue expeditiously!! I would recommend Ribbon Check up to anyone. It keeps you in the know, which is the first step to help yourself avoid a health issue escalating. I always like to stay in front of health issues. You are your most important advocate!

Very unhappy!

Did not say anywhere about reoccurring charges. I only used the kit once from when I purchased and now cannot use it at all along with being charged 2 more times after purchasing. I would like a refund due to the situation and not being informed at all about it being discontinued or the subscription charges for something I cannot use

I purchased two 12 month yes kits for…

I purchased two 12 month yes kits for my spouse and I. My credit card was charged.
The web site is closed. Non information on refunds or returns is available. Now they are charging credit card for two subscriptions.
Fraudulent? It appears so. We live on limited income. This is serious to us. Anyone have any success in Resolving this? Any help appreciated.

Read this before your purchase.

I made a purchase from this company Ribbon checkup and received the product relatively quick. But about month later the automatically withdraw money from my PayPal account without my approval for who knows what services. I was trying to call on the number was provided, it was not working number. Please be aware of that type of the services. I will not deal with this company again. Just want to prevent you from same situation.

Ribbon continued billing my credit card…

Ribbon continued billing my credit card monthly despite them being discontinued in the US. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund of the charges they only agreed to refund one month out of the eight. Very poor customer service. It feels like this company is just a scam.

DO NOT BUY THIS (especially if you are in the US)!

I was NOT aware that I was also signing up for a 19.99 a month subscription and just now noticed it. This is highly unethical! I am going to dispute the charges if they don't give me an immediate refund. Now I'm finding out that the product can't even be used in the US? Why, if recent regulation changes happened, did Ribbon not email us current customers and let us know this? Also, why would they proceed to charge us the 19.99 that we didn't even know we signed up for, after knowing full and well they were no longer going to be able to function here. Totally unacceptable.

Editing my review to give one star back as I went on their website, clicked to chat with someone, and within 15 minutes they said they will refund both the 19.99 and 55.29 I had paid. Will update further if the refunds don't end up processing (have had that happen before with a different product).

I received my kit today and are getting a “this action is not supported” error message. I then do some research and find out that it’s no longer supported in the US, yet they’re STILL selling them?!

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. You sign up, seems legit and now their website is down saying they don't do business in the US. I found out how to cancel on this site, but no where else. I will dispute my charge, as I did not know it was a regular charge. It also says all my tests are unusable now (since I canceled today). I only used 3 or 4 tests. Total rip off. Hope no one else falls for this.

Total scam

Total scam. They charge you 19.99 a month and impossible to cancel subscription. I had to call my credit card company to get it stopped.

Bought the test strips

Bought the test strips, now all of a sudden they discontinued the service. So I have a bunch of test strips that are useless since you need the service to read the test strips.

Purchased the test kit in December, now useless

Purchased the test kit in December. I have used it once. Did not know about the continual monthly $19 fee subsription. I was charged again today and when trying to find out how to cancel, discovered that they can no longer operate in the US to sell or offer the app to use the test stripes or offer results. So we all have purchased a useless kit and still being charged a monthly fee. Did manage to find original order email with link to support and requested to cancel subscription, which they have.

I received the 6 month test kit and it isn’t even available or accessible in the US. Beware they are selling these and charging a monthly fee. I am trying to get reimbursed for my tests and future charges . Needing to find a way for contact.

Absolutely a scam

An absolute scam! I purchased and received a test kit and the next thing I know they've removed their entire website and put up a banner that says "Ribbon Checkup has discontinued the sale, distribution, and marketing of the Ribbon Checkup At-Home Kit in the United States. Ribbon Checkup’s software is not available for download.", effectively rendering my test kit useless. They couldn't even give me the courtesy of sending an email or explanation as to why.

Extremely shady, stay away!!!

Update: After contacting their support, they did refunded the initial $50 charge. The company then charged me $19.99 on 2/28/26 for a subscription I was not even aware of. I promptly reached out to have them cancel that, as well as cancel the subscription to prevent any future reoccurring charges. Janine from their "Customer Support" team assured me my subscription was canceled, however on 3/28/26 my credit card was charged $19.99 again!
