R&D Goatley Ltd Bewertungen

I had a great experience with R&D Goatley. Good communication and they went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. The fitters were helpful and left the flat neat and tidy. The new windows are lovely.

We are delighted with our new windows, they have transformed the look of our house. All the works (windows, facias & soffits) ran to schedule, despite a couple of issues which were rectified speedily and without quibble.

The fitters carried out all the work in and clean and tidy manner and were conscientious throughout.

We are so pleased that we have already placed an order with R&D Goatley for the remaining windows, facias & soffits.

We would not hesitate is recommending this highly professional family business.

Thank you so much to Jordan, Simon and the team!

The entire Goatley family team are great. They were all very patient and helpful during the whole selection process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The installation went smoothly and professionally with no mess and a quick follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory.

We were told that the doors might need adjustment after a year's bedding in, but so far they are continuing to work perfectly and nothing has been needed - and that's after three years!

Everything works beautifully and our neighbours also chose Goatley on the strength of our experience and have been equally delighted.

Being a review written many months after installation, you have the assurance of knowing the products and work stand up well and that these are not words written in the first flush of installation.

Excellent company to deal with from initial quote with Jordan to fitting and aftercare with fitters. Great service, quality products and very professional. Would wholly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.

From start to finish I can’t fault the service. Simon and his team were excellent, knowledgable and customer focussed. The quality of the fit can’t be faulted. The after care support is brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks R&D Goatley

Thank you to everybody at R&D Goatley for making such a superb job of our new windows.

From design and product selection to snagging and everything in between, we have been in fantastic hands with you all and the end result is even better than we thought could be achieved. And we had high expectations :)

Please pass our thanks to the entire team for the dedication and attention to detail that made this a massive success!

We will be seeing you again very soon for more...

Goatley exemplifies the best of a family-run business, offering a personal service. They guided us through all the options for our front door, visited our home to provide honest recommendations on a problem area. They took time to help us make the right choice. The fitting team was careful, skilled and tidy- you wouldn’t have known they had been. We are delighted with the result.

I was really worried about getting windows and French doors replaced because I didn't want to be oversold or ripped off by a national double glazing chain. I am so pleased we went local with R&D Goatley. We could see the products in the showroom, Simon was always happy to answer questions and guide us.
This is truly a family run business and they are keen to make sure the customer is happy. No deposit needed. The surveyor and the team who carried out the work were great. I thought it would be very intrusive work, but apart from the necessary noise to remove the windows and door, it wasn't.
Definitely recommend!

I love the windows and it was all done so smoothly and professionally from the first contact. Absolutely 10 out of 10!

A great company to deal with right from the initial conversations to the fitting and aftercare. Nothing was too much trouble. Scaffolding arranged, shutter removal and replacement arranged, more than happy to arrange fitting to accommodate nesting birds, meaning a couple of months had to be left before the remaining windows could be completed. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Diligent, clean and respectful fitters. Almost goes without saying that the product is top quality too.

Amazing new front door and fitted by the best fitters experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic finishing couldn’t recommend this company more. Great job thank you

R&D Goatley are reliable, extremely efficient and very flexible especially when it comes to arranging installation. The new windows are excellent quality and evrywhere was left immaculate.

Really happy with everything from R&D Goatley! They are so straightforward to talk to, quote was clear, no hidden charges.

Installers were brilliant, friendly and resolved any minor issues. The windows look great, would recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with Goatley's

They were fantastic from start to finish. Very professional. I have had new replacement French doors with windows either side fitted in my kitchen extension.. Jordan was extremely helpful and informative when it came to choice. The new windows and doors have made my kitchen extension look so much lighter and larger. They are of very high quality and I am thrilled with the result.

I was also so impressed with the fitting team, who were very professional, efficient and friendly and left the place spotlessly clean.

I cannot praise Goatley’s highly enough. Thanks to Jordan and his team.

We have been using R & D Goatley for the last 30 years and had windows, doors and now a newly finished conservatory installed by them. The process from start to finish was excellent. The entire team are very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Si Goatley, Trini and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication and the fitting teams were excellent. We had some glass fitted into the current units and new patio doors fitted, they were quick and efficient and left not a scrap of mess or disturbance to the walls, even making good on a small piece of render that came away with the old unit.

We had all the windows replaced.Excellent advice and the chance really examine the windows in the showroom. No pressure and always happy to answer our endless questions. The fitting team were fantastic. Five arrived on the first day and completed upstairs. They left that cleaner than it was before they got there. The next day Adrian Dan and Harrison returned and fitted the downstairs window. A high quality finish and such lovely guys to have around your house. Thanks so much. I've never written such a long review before but they're outstanding. Thank you.

We were confident from our first visit to Goatley's showroom that we would get good and knowledgeable advice about new doors and windows.

There is a big difference between buying from a large national chain and buying from a small family company and that shows in the attention to detail and high level of customer service overall. Goatley's were very understanding when we had to delay our installation by several weeks.

Thank you very much to the excellent installation team (Chris, Joe and Shane). They turned up promptly, were polite and professional and worked very very hard to get the job done sooner than expected.

We are very pleased with the windows we have just had (our second phase of installation from Goatley's) and we shall definitely be recommending you to our friends and family.

Simon Goatley was helpful and knowledgeable during the quotation phase. The design is exactly as we expected. The installation team were efficient and completed the work with the minimum of disruption requiring minimal redecorating.
