R&D Goatley Ltd Bewertungen

My experience with R&D Goatley from start to finish was first class, nice easy people to deal with & the end result is a window installation that is difficult to fault. The team of installers were polite, respectful of my property & truly skilled tradespeople who took their time to complete the job to my total satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company or using them again.
Thanks a lot to Jordan & his team.

R&D Goatley are professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. They supplied and fitted French doors that look superb.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone. We’ve been planning our project for some time and Simon has been so incredibly patient with us through all our changes!
He’s extremely knowledgeable and there is absolutely no hard-sell or pressure.
We had a tight deadline to work towards and he did his best to ensure this was met.
The quality of the product, as well as the fitting, is excellent as is their aftercare and any questions you might have.
Excellent traditional values and superb customer service throughout.
We’d never use anyone else now.

Excellent from initial survey through to the actual fitting. Very good communication to keep us advised of, the progress of the order, arranging a fitting date and the team letting us know when they would arrive on the day. They were outstanding, polite, informative about the product and left the work areas clean and tidy as though they hadn't been there. Fully recommended.

When we needed to replace the ailing windows on our 1916 home, one family-run company's reputation for reliability, quality and service stood out. Online reviews were excellent and neighbours who had experience of Goatley's were full of praise for the firm. We were on a tight schedule due to our holiday plans but boss Simon Goatley made sure the windows we chose from the Evolution range arrived in good time. Adrian and the installation team were fantastic - super-efficient, highly skilled and incredibly clean and tidy in their work. Unlike some companies, they had no time pressure put on them and were able to fit the windows with great care and attention to detail. The spent a week replacing our three large bays, leaving our existing decoration unscathed. The new windows are superb, mirroring the look of the old casements but with all the benefits of modern technology. Now we're looking forward to snugger winters and lower heating bills. We cannot praise Goatley's highly enough and would always recommend them. Huge thanks to all the team!

Thank you R&D Goatley for an amazing job on my windows and so honest, I don't trust people at all but definitely trust these guys 100%

I recently had my windows and front door replaced by R & D Goatley, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service from the team had been exceptional.

First, the consultation process was smooth and informative. The team at R & D Goatley were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect windows and door to match my home's style and my personal preferences. This was a big job with 18 window replacements, some re-glazing panels, and a new front door. They took the time to explain all the options, and I never felt rushed or pressured, which was very important to us with such an investment.

The installation process was seamless and professional. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently. They took great care to protect our home, laying down coverings to protect my floors and cleaning up thoroughly afterward.

The new windows are fantastic! They have completely transformed the look and feel of my home. I am looking forward to experiencing the energy efficiency come winter time, but we have already noticed a significant reduction in outside noise levels.

The new front door is a showstopper. It adds a touch of elegance and security to our home. The contemporary style and large bar handle works so well. We love the enhanced curb appeal and the peace of mind knowing that our home is more secure.

Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my new windows and door from R & D Goatley. The entire process exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this company to anyone considering home improvements. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. My home feels refreshed and rejuvenated, and I am thrilled with the investment. Five stars all the way!

The sealed glass units for our patio doors started to fail almost 5 years after fitting. On contacting them Goatley Ltd quickly arranged to review the situation, agreed that there had been a problem in manufacture and replaced the units under warranty. I was impressed by the efficient way that this was all dealt with.

We have just replaced over 20 sash windows and french doors in an Edwardian property. Because it was such a big job we went to several companies before choosing Goatleys, and were not disappointed.
The windows are fantastic and the fitting team were punctual, polite and careful. It was no problem to have Alex and the team in the house. All snagging was sorted quickly and our decorators who followed on agreed that they hadn't seen such careful fitting before.

They made good recommendations and coordinated some other specialist workmen to deal with stained glass to preserve it.

The work is so good that I don't expect to have to use Jordan and the team again but I would happily recommend them to anyone else.

We changed all our windows and doors in our 3 bed semi detached house. Jordan Goatley came round to quote and was friendly and informative without being pushy. Installation went well about 6 weeks later. Alex and the team were friendly and efficient and finished on schedule. One window had a minor defect but I’m happy that a replacement has been ordered and will be fitted without a hitch. Jordan was always available to communicate with when I had questions. I can recommend if you are looking for an efficent and well organised team. Thank you.

From start to finish the team at R & D Goatley were fantastic dealing with the initial drawings to final instillation which was incredibly quick and carried out by experienced and friendly team of fitters. Thank you!

I have had a few jobs completed by Goatley's, from replacement of misted window glass to a new front door with side panels. When I contact them the whole Goatley team are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, offering much appreciated advice on which product will meet my requirement. They use extremely good quality products at a very good price. When I had my new door installed the fitters were great and left the area that they worked in clean and tidy when they left. I absolutely recommend R&D Goatley to anyone looking for replacement windows and doors.
Thank you Goatley team!

Excellent & helpful service from Tom in the office.
Installation team were efficient, professional & tidy.
Overall a very fine job.

We have a Victorian property and have tried to maintain the original sash windows for the past 25 years but they had reached a point of no return . We got in contact with Jordan at Goatleys and he was incredibly helpful and completely understood what we were trying to achieve. Have had three windows and a door replaced and they are brilliant. Incredibly good quality and the fitting and attention to detail is amazing. Joe and Bradley who did the fitting are very skilled and clean workers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality replacement windows/doors ( I think they do conservatories as well !) and excellent all round service from start to finish

This is the 2nd time we have entrusted Jordan and team at R & Goatley’s to undertake installation and fitting of our new windows and Front Door.
From start to finish all aspect of our design and needs were considered. Communication was open and we were kept informed at all stages from inquiry to completion.
