Great communication throughout and the asvisor at the initial consultation was very helpful and informative. When there was an issue with the size after it was fitted we were advised it needed to be redone. They gave our one the utmost priority and ensured it was done as soon as possible and kept us informed throughout. Overall a positive experience and would reccomend and our new door looks lovely and is of very good quality.

⭐ Great Service From Start to Finish
The team were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I even accidentally missed an appointment after getting the date wrong, but they were very understanding and happily rearranged it without any hassle.
One thing I really appreciated was that they were not pushy at all and never tried to pressure me into buying anything, which made the experience feel very comfortable and honest.
Their prices are the best I found in Poole, and they also offer payment plans which makes it much easier if you can’t pay everything at once.
I’ll definitely be coming back to have my two bay windows done next. Highly recommend their service!

We have spent a lot of money with this company and previously we were very happy with their work. They did our flat roof and they admitted that they needed to re structure as the water was not flowing away. After several phone calls and emails they have ignored and not returned. Took the money ok.
