Recommend this company. We have just had front windows installed. Fitters were very professional, tidy and excellent workmanship.

This is a great family run company. They are really quick to respond to all queries and have been helpful and informative at all stages. Any issues that we have had have been dealt with efficiently. We also like the trust that they have in their clients which means they only take payment once the windows and doors have been installed. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the work done and the experience.Excellent hard working staff , high quality work and the Evolution is a high quality product. Stuck to schedule , communicated well and detailed the installation plan with plenty of notice.
A professional organisation - a good experience from quote to job completion. Recommended

From survey to finish excellent service. Jordan gave great advice on design & accessories. Quotation came really quickly with fabulous illustrations on how the windows would look.
Bradley & joe were brilliant from day one, taking care to protect carpets/furniture. They worked solidly in the blazing heat at the end of April, had to keep them topped up with Ribena so they didn't dehydrate!
Dan & Adrian joined them on Thursday to complete the job. Very very happy with final result. The house looks amazing. Would thoroughly recommend R & D Goatleys to anyone that asks us. Thank you all.

This company are THE BEST!
We recently had our windows replaced by Goatleys and couldn’t recommend them more highly! Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds several times! Everyone from the office staff to surveyor to fitters were polite, efficient and punctual. In fact I cannot praise the fitters more highly, they were brilliant. In short, if you need windows or doors use these guys!

We had all the windows in the house replaced along with dormer cladding etc, and they did a great job - quality products installed efficiently with attention to detail. Fitters were lovely, accommodated us working from home while they were doing the fitting, and resolved a couple of minor issues without fuss. Would definitely use them again.

Fitters were punctual, polite and efficient. Carried out the work with great attention to detail and left my home spotlessly clean.

From first visit and subsequent quote, for a new back door and kitchen window, very professional and helpful. Fitters, Joe and Brad, were excellent. Likeable people with skillset to match. The quality of the work was first class and so glad we took a family recommendation and used Goatley's. The door and window looks first class and I would not hesitate to use them again, and of course recommend them. This was our first time of using Goatley's and It's really great when you come across a professional business that you can trust from the off and have what you paid for, a first class product and installation, without any hassles. Thanks Goatley's .

We had our conservatory remodeled, and as Goatleys built our existing one 25 years ago, we decided they were the go to firm. Over the years we have employed Goatleys on other tasks windows etc, and I’m glad to say nothing has changed. Good workmanship, reliable, and clean working practices and very approachable.

Absolutely Fabulous-terrific service, great product quality and installation. The installation teams were super helpful, tidy and expertly trained. Big thank you to Jo and Brad who were on site all week and couldn’t do enough to ensure customer satisfaction also Alex, Adrian, Dan and Jacob. Would definitely recommend and use again. Taylor-Young

Deciding to replace my conservatory was a very good decision. I’m delighted with the result.
Throughout the process Goatleys have been excellent-from the initial assessment to the final build they have been friendly, helpful and supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble and everyone seems determined to give the best possible service - and with a cheerful attitude
The attention to detail has been impressive and I would certainly recommend them.
The resulting conservatory is a great addition to my house and will be much enjoyed.
They also replaced some large windows for my elderly relative and were extremely pleasant and efficient.

What a brilliant experience with R&D Goatley. The door is wonderful and the tradesmanship was brilliant. It was not an easy ask as brick work had to be removed to get what we wanted. The new door and side windows had made such a huge difference to our house.

A beautiful door and newly designed side window with leaded lights to exactly match the front windows of my property were fitted efficiently with minimum disruption to me. I am delighted with the result not least that the entrance porch is warmer and brighter as the inside of the door is white whereas before it was a dark wood colour.

We have used R&D Goatley Ltd several times for new windows and bifold doors. Always a great company to deal with. From start to finish we’ve experienced great customer service and professionalism. Attention to detail is outstanding, going above and beyond expectations.
We had a recent incident and needed emergency help. The Goatley team responded immediately. Simon organised a same day visit. Keith arrived promptly, saw our problem and helped us straight away in a calm and friendly manner. Absolutely amazing! We trust the Goatleys completely and have great confidence in their quality, service and price. Would not go anywhere else!

Excellent ‘white glove’ service from initial enquiry, quote, installation and making good. Very pleased with the results.

R&D Goatley have just installed two Sunflex sliding patio doors for us. We are absolutely delighted with them, and with the outstanding service we have received from this family-run company since we first made contact with Simon Goatley some months ago.

Simon has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the sector, and his advice throughout was invaluable.

The teams involved in the installations, which took place on separate days, were both led by Adrian, a long-standing and highly experienced member of staff. They could not be faulted. They were hard-working and polite and paid great attention to detail, also leaving the site very clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend R&D Goatley Ltd to family and friends.

This is the third time we’ve used RD Goatley Ltd.
In the 1990s we had 3 windows and a door installed, in the 2000s a window and two doors installed. This time round it was a much bigger job…7 windows, 2 doors, soffits, fascia and guttering. Each time RD Goatley has done a superb job.
From the initial planning and site visit with Jordan, dealing with David the Surveyor, discussions with Trini and others in the main office to place the order, up to the installation by Shane, Harrison and others…a positive, professional, friendly experience (Trini deserves a medal dealing with my indecisiveness on planning the bespoke back door)!
We would thoroughly recommend RD Goatley Ltd. and “Thank You” for another great job.

Excellent service by Keith repairing my Roof window in Conservatory which I am more than pleased with
100%

R&D Goatley installed a new front door and side windows unit in our new house and did a great job. This is the second time in 4 years we've purchased from them. They installed 2 doors in our last house. The end result workmanship has been excellent and most notably, their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Jordan and the team clearly value their customers and go to lengths to ensure customer satisfaction and best quality work. We are very happy and we will use them again for sure when we get our windows replaced at some point.

From survey , measure and order-placement to fit-out, a truly 5⭐️ operation , installation and result .
Tremendous stuff guys , thank you 👏👏👏
