Electric Panel Heater

Well packaged arrived on time and safe. Heater works great with easy to use controls.
One thing that was annoying was the tapering gap between the end profile and the first vertical slat. I remedied this myself.

Order placed for infrared heater late November. Sarah able to respond to last-minute questions to my satisfaction. The radiator arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble with the casters, so easy to move, as required. Pleased with my purchase.

I have been given a faulty radiator…

I have been given a faulty radiator that has never worked. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for months. Each time they will ask for more information on the faulty good which is provided but then they say they now need something more. We have spent money on getting electricians out to do a full check and confirm all of the elements that are faulty and do a report on their request yet still they are not providing the refund or replacement. Each time they say once they have the required info this will be done, but as soon as we provide it, they make another excuse. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and would never buy from this company again. We were looking to buy three more radiators for more of our extension but will certainly be getting from a different company. Also customer services not willing to help at all with the matter.

We can see from our records that your order was placed in September 2024, and you reported the issue to us in January 2025 — approximately four months later. In cases like this, where an electrical fault is reported, we are required to carry out thorough technical checks to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or an installation issue. These checks are part of our due diligence process and are necessary, especially as the product falls under the manufacturer’s warranty.

We understand that you went to great lengths to provide all requested documentation, including reports from your appointed installer. Once all the required information was received, a replacement unit was processed and delivered within three weeks. We can only move as quickly as the information provided allows us to, but we absolutely acknowledge how frustrating this drawn-out process must have been for you.

This kind of situation is extremely rare, and we are genuinely sorry that it happened to you. We work hard to partner only with the highest-quality manufacturers to avoid issues like this, but unfortunately, problems can sometimes occur.

Please accept our heartfelt apologies once again. We are grateful for your feedback and are using it internally to review and improve our processes to ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future.

Ordered my towel rail from Sarah at radiator world, the specifications gave me all the information I needed to purchase it, the radiator was delivered promptly and was packed and packaged to a very high standard. The radiator is now fitted and working and I am very happy with it. Would recommend Radiator World highly.

Perfect fit.

We needed a replacement towel rail/radiator and needed a specific size. Radiator world were one of the few who could supply a suitable size.
The radiator was good value and was delivered very well packed within a few days. It was better quality than the old one and looks & works great.
