Bought few rads

They picked the phone in seconds.
Really reasonable price.
Spoke to a lady called SARAH she was extremely pleasant and very professional and quite funny.
She didn't sound like a robot

I wish if every sales executive was the same as her.

Recent Issue Fully Resolved

We had an issue in December with regard to an electric radiator from Radiator World.
I am pleased to say that it has now been fully resolved and the staff there have been, not only very apologetic, but eager to ensure we were happy with the outcome.
Communication from them on this resolution has been very good too.

Great customer service

I needed some guidance on which element and thermostat to choose for my towel rail the 2 employees couldn’t have been more helpful. If only all companies had the same attitude.
The product was also excellent and delivery in 2 days. Can’t ask for more.

Beautiful rediators

Beautiful rediators, replaced for our entire house for a good price.
The online Check-out process is a bit painful, and it doesn't say if you missed filling in any fileds but after a few trials it worked and it is worth it for a good product.
