We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your order history, we can see that you initially purchased "online" a non-WIFI product in December 2024 and installed it without any prior communication with Radiator World. It was only after installation that you realised it was not a WIFI-enabled model.

Following this, you placed a second order for a WIFI-enabled product, which was clearly stated as such. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept a return of the first product, as it had already been installed and the product had been used. No manufacturer accepts returns of installed items, as they are no longer in a resalable condition. This is not a fault of Radiator World.

Additionally, the first product you purchased was never advertised as WIFI-enabled anywhere on our website or product page (nor of that of the manufacturers website). Since we had no prior communication before your purchase, we could not have advised you incorrectly. We take product descriptions seriously and always ensure accuracy.

We truly regret that you are unhappy with this situation, but we hope this clarifies the reasoning behind our decision. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Complaint Regarding Faulty and Used Radiators – Lack of Accountability and Resolution

I purchased a £390 Reina towel radiator from Radiator World, upon delivery, I discovered it was used and damaged. I immediately provided photographic evidence to Radiator World, having read their 48hr return policy for damaged items, they accepted the return and agreed to send out a replacement but did not offer an apology which I overlooked.

Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived in a used and damaged condition. I contacted Radiator World again, expressing my dissatisfaction, once again they offered either another replacement or the option to choose a different radiator. At this point I lost confidence in there ability to deliver the radiator I wanted. I also requested to raise a formal complaint by e-mail correspondence on a couple of occasions, but this was ignored and not actioned. As a result, I requested a full refund - which at the time of writing is still pending

Throughout this process, I have had to chase Radiator World for updates, whom have taken no accountability for the issue and instead attempted to shift the blame onto their supplier. However, my purchase was made directly from Radiator World, not their supplier.

They also failed to acknowledge the delays and inconvenience this has caused to my ongoing bathroom renovation. (Width of water pipes cannot be set until the size of radiator is confirmed)

The company has radiators at good prices however needs to improve their customer service and complaints process, they also need to improve their communication with customers especially when they are having issues with their order

Great little radiator

Great little radiator. Perfect for our needs & works well on the timer, which is connected to our Alexa. Delivery was very quick too.

We have thoroughly investigated your review and looked into your order details, and from our system, we can see that you placed your order on 02/01/2025 after the cut off time for next-day delivery. It was then dispatched the very next day (03/01), which was a Friday. As we do not deliver on weekends, your order was delivered on the next available working day, Monday 06/01, and was signed for at 12:22 PM, which is 4 days delivery (including weekends) after placing your order.

Our website clearly states that orders placed after the cut off will be processed the next working day, with delivery on the following working day. This means your order was delivered exactly within the stated timeframe.

We are unsure why you believe it took 10 days, as this is simply not possible based on our delivery process. In fact, it did not even take 3-5 days, it arrived on the next working day after dispatch.

If this review was intended for Radiator World, we would appreciate it if you could review your comments, as the information provided is inaccurate. We feel maybe your review was intended for another company you purchased from. However, if you have any concerns or need further clarification, we are happy to assist.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Radiator World.The level of customer service is exceptionally poor and falls far below reasonable expectations.

Rather than facilitating a smooth return process, they appear to actively seek reasons to reject returns, unfairly shifting the cost of return shipping onto the customer.

This approach is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Any reputable company would offer a prepaid return label as standard practice to ensure a more seamless and customer-friendly experience.

Additionally, the lack of professionalism and efficiency from the customer service team has been deeply frustrating. The entire return process was made unnecessarily difficult, reflecting a disregard for customer satisfaction.

However, we would like to clarify that returns for Reina products are handled directly by the manufacturer, not by Radiator World and the manufacturer does so in a highly professional, efficient and rapid manner with outstanding communication at all times. Reina and Radiator World has a strict return policy, in order to protect our valued customers and our company in ensuring that customers that want to return a product do so in the best possible method to ensure product arrives back in perfect/resaleable condition for a full refund.

As you know, when returning a product, we requested a few images to ensure the item was unaltered and fit for return. Once received, we kindly asked if you could secure the packaging slightly better with additional tape to ensure safe transit which would ensure that the product arrives to us safely and securely. A member of our Customer Experience team reviewed the images that you sent and due to the size and weight of the product, determined that the "amount and quality of tape" you had used to repackage the product could leave it exposed to damage and providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond we requested you added additional tape of the external packaging prior to you sending the product back to us. Members of our expert team have made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails to contact yourself personally over the last 3 weeks but unfortunately, at that point, you stopped all communication and not responding to us.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, and in this case, we were actively trying to assist you in completing your return.

We truly want to resolve this matter and are happy to assist you further if you are willing to continue communication. Please feel free to reach out so we can find a solution together.

Replacement Radiator

I needed to replace some single panel radiators with double ones, but with the minimum of changes to my installation and Radiator world were very helpful in getting me the required information that in needed in relation the locations of the different mountings etc, to enable me to make the correct decision.

Once ordered the radiator was sent out promptly and the price was very fair for the product supplied.

I would certainly recommend Radiator World.

great quality and experience at competitive price

It was easy to browse through the website and choose the right radiator for my requirements. First time I've bought a chrome towel radiator 1800 X 750(mm) from this company. The price was competetive. The radiator looks like premium built. It is securely packed with extract foam pads around all edges to avoid dents. The order processed dispatched same day and delivered next day which is very quick.
I do definitely consider them for my future projects.

Exceptional Service

As a person who very rarely leaves reviews. I normally do it when I am extremely angry. However, the service I received from you deserves applauds.
I came across Radiator Word using a web search. I order my radiators but one was out of stock and could not be delivered until well into the New Year. I called and spoke to Sarah who not only spoke to me about my options but understood I was in the office at work with little time to sort out a new selection. She took the time to email me a whole list of in stock options and the links to them on their site. That way I could look overnight and speak to her the next day. This kind of caring, understanding customer service is something I have not experience in a very very long time. Following this experience I have now ordered the remaining radiators for my home from your company. Things happen but what make this company exceptional is the personal touch and effort that was put into my order and subsequent orders. As well as the staff that handled my order. I will most definitely recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase radiators.

Not a good start

I ordered and paid for two radiators to be delivered in two days Just got notification one will be delivered on the date agreed with no date for the second !! Also stated it was in stock and " white glove delivery " The e-mail now states "Kerbside delivery" does that mean they dump it at the roadside ?? Will they not carry it 6 meters to the door ??
