Prodog have been very helpful indeed with a problem we have had with a pup affected by lungworm damage. We are trying a new regime with their food and additive. Prodog were also very supportive when a Yodel delivery went missing - not their fault, but Prodog sorted it as soon as they could.

Great company with great products
Great company with great products. I used PDR with my previous dog who intermittently suffered bouts of colitis whilst on dry/wet food-at its worst requiring overnight admission for IVIs, transitioning him into raw was easy and he never suffered colitis again. I now have adopted a 7 year old springer and have easily changed him to raw- he absolutely loves it.
big thank you to Alison/customer services who helped me with an order query, process was easy, friendly staff and resolved same day. Cannot recommend prodog more! Blue light discount would be nice though 😁

Very Disappointed
Very Disappointed – Refused Return on Unopened Dog Food
We ordered a bundle of dog food from Prodog, but unfortunately, our dog refused to eat it — not even a nibble, despite several tries. While we understand that not every product will suit every dog, what truly disappointed us was Prodog’s refusal to accept a return or offer a refund for the unopened boxes.
We reached out to customer service expecting some flexibility or understanding, especially given that pet food can be a matter of preference or dietary needs. Sadly, the response was rigid and unhelpful.
We won’t be ordering from Prodog again and would advise others to be cautious — if your dog doesn’t like it, you’re stuck with it. A more customer-friendly return policy would make a big difference.
So sad Prodog did not provide any support or return after their invoice. If you are looking for raw dog food for your dog, please think if your dog will really like their food before you order online because there will not have any flexibility on return or refund even you bought a bundle of 10KG.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of perishable goods, this is set out in our terms and conditions and is in line with legal requirements for food products. To help customers trial our range with less commitment, we offer our sample packs specifically for this reason.
As much as we’d like to make returns possible, it simply isn’t something we’re allowed to do, and we’ve done our best to make this clear within our terms of business on our website.
I can also see from your previous conversations with our nutritionist that your dog is now eating well on the flavours aside from Turkey, which is great progress. If you’d like any further advice or tailored guidance to continue supporting your dog’s diet, we’d be more than happy to help. In our last email we offered more advice and support, please do let us know if this was helpful.
We do completely understand that this situation can feel frustrating, but we’d really love the chance to assist you further.Please do let us know.

Affordable and amazing quality food
They have a massive range of food that is incredibly affordable and of amazing quality. My dog has been thriving since I added ProDogRaw to his diet. Customer service is also amazing, I’ve been having problems with my deliveries and I wasn’t getting anywhere with the delivery company themselves so emailed ProDogRaw and they emailed back very quickly and helped me out massively. 10/10 definitely recommend if you want an affordable, high quality product for your dog.

Great customer service
Been ordering frozen dog food from them for over a year now. Always great quality and shipping and delivery have been spot on. On our most recent order we had a problem with Yodel delivering the order on time which was then no longer fit for use and they arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away and the customer service was great. Would recommend.

Our Cockapoo loves it
We have been using prodigy for 4 months now and it has been an easy and efficient process. We never though we would use raw feed due to all the different rules and requirements, but the complete foods from pro dog are amazing. Our cockapoo has a few sensitivities so having food with only needed ingredients and one type of meat is amazing! Our cockapoo was 2kg heavier than he should have been and he dropped it in 3months. When we went to his health check for the year, the vet was truly complimenting us at how lean our cockapoo is- it was lovely to hear!

The product is great the dogs love it and there is a great choice of flavours in the specialist diets e.g low fat and puppy. The staff are always helpful and added to that you can phone them if you need to!

Product excellent .
The product is excellent with a great variety of proteins. My Boxer dog suffers from IBD so requires Novel Proteins. I have a monthly subscription which arrives on the date requested . Staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. We spoke to their nutritionist at the beginning, and she was very helpful. I would recommend this company, and I do when asked, as my Boxer looks so fit for 7 yrs old .

Perfect food for my variety of dogs
The raw food supplied is perfect for my dogs, they love it!
Have recently used raw puppy food for lactating girlie and will introduce to her pups
She is very fussy with her diet but loves the beef based
Great variety and well packaged
Coats have improved since feeding raw and they appear satisfied after their meals unlike with kibble
Customer service always very prompt and helpful with any queries

Outstanding quality — my dog is absolutely in love with ProDog Raw! 🐶💛We briefly tried switching to another raw brand from a local pet store, but the difference was immediate. It just didn’t agree with him. The moment we put him back on ProDog, he was back to being his happy, healthy self — tummy settled and full of excitement at mealtimes. You can really see the quality in this food, and we won’t be making the mistake of switching again! The service is fantastic too — deliveries are always super quick, usually arriving the next day or within 48 hours at most.

Quality Products.
I have been using prodog now for a few years. The products are high quality. My dogs have very sensitive stomachs so I have to be very careful with their diet. I feed them Goat, Rabbit and Duck as this doesn’t upset them.
I also give them a few venison and ostrich treats a day.
Any problems or queries I just have a very friendly chat with the staff who are very helpful and friendly. They’re super quick in getting any answers or problems sorted out. Highly Recommend.

Hour completely wasted
Have spent the last hour of my life trying to order food from my dog on this website, on both my phone and laptop, and literally at least eight different things have gone wrong to prevent me from not only making the order i wanted, but also completing any order whatsoever. I am 35 years old and have been using tech for awhile. Unbelievably appalling experience, going to order from Paleo Ridge and other raw dog food companies from now on instead.

Best of care and a healthy diet.
I have used ProDog Raw for a number of years now and apart from a couple of mishaps awhile ago it's been plain sailing . I also use several ProDog additives regularly My Lab is 9 years old. He is beautiful and receives many complements on his coat and general appearance . He runs down the stairs every morning like a puppy for his food, adores his walks and the biggest thing ( touch wood) he has NEVER been unwell. I put this down to his care and his diet . Raw is not cheap but worth every penny.
