Reliable high quality food that both my dogs love. Customer service is outstanding! I have had some issues (on my part nothing to do with Prodog) and the team have been quick to get back to me and reaolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I have even had customer service help within the hour on a Saturday via email. Very impressed! Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for my dogs food now.

Low purine diet
We are new to feeding our dog raw food, she needs a low purine diet to stop crystals in her urine due to her taking allopurinol for Leishmania.
Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Leish, sorted out her food for us and sent some very useful links to look at for info,

ProDog Raw has kept both my dogs very happy and healthy
ProDog Raw was suggested to us by our dogs breeder. We moved both our dogs, one a Cane Corso and the other a Bulldog, which is literally allergic to everything onto Prodog Raw which is perfect as they both have very different dietary needs and this ensures they each get what they need. The tubs are recyclable easy to store, come in different sizes and very clean to use. Had to change the order a couple of times for our bulldog and this was easily done on their website and then followed up by an email.
Very accommodating company, great value and our dogs look in amazing condition, very happy healthy dogs.

Terrible customer service

Thank you for your update regarding your decision to change courier. I'm really pleased to see you've chosen DHL as they have a much better work ethic than Yodel. I look forward to many more happy deliveries 🙂
As i was typing the review below I recieved a call from Liselle at Pro Dog. She had read my conversation with customer services and wanted to discuss it. I'm happy to say the situation has now been sorted. I have used pro dog for a number of years, my dogs are 13, they enjoy it and very healthy on it. Its sad that after being a loyal customer for years I will now leave and source their food elsewhere. I ordered the usual box on Monday 23rd June for delivery Friday 27th. I had an email from prodog saying the food was left with the courier at 9.59 on the 26th June. From then on in the food is not in chilled or frozen storage. I then had an email from Yodel Friday morning saying it was out for delivery, no time ever appeared on the tracking and no food turned up. I rang your helpline late Friday afternoon, a young man answered who promised to look into it and call me back, this never happened. I then got a further email from Yodel Saturday morning to say it was out for delivery, It arrived at 14.03pm. I was home to recieve it immefiately, the box was soggy. I asked the driver what happened and he said his van broke down on Friday. So on my reckoning this box of food had been out of chilled storage and in either vans or warehouses in the extreme heat were having for 52 hours. The box was soaked in blood and all the food was defrosted. I immediately put it in the freezer, not to use is as I would in no circumstances risk my dogs health in this way, but as I had nowhere to dispose of it safely over the weekend. I emailed the prodog team with photos of the bloodied box and explained the above. Apparently, their boxes are tested to 60 hours to contend with two day deliveries. Also, she wanted a video of me "turning the meat over with a fork to show the absence of ice crystals". I again explained it was now in the freezer and had been for hours, so it wouldn't be a true representation of how the meat arrived. I also asked if their "60 hour packaging" had been tested in 28° heat. There was no give on their rules, no common sense used considering the heat. And most disappointing of all no trust in a long time customer. Whilst typing this I have recieved a telephone call from Prodog to discuss this. I will update to the outcome from this conversation. My final suggestion would be to dump Yodel and return to DPD who were excellent, this would never have happened with DPD

Excellent company and dog food
I absolutely recommend ProDog Raw as a company and their products 100%!
The food gives me peace of mind to know that my dog is getting high quality meat and additional nutrients in the complete meals. He loves all the meats we choose for him.
We have to be careful with certain proteins due to allergies, and ProDog Raw foods are transparent about what is in their foods so that gives me the confidence knowing exactly what I am feeding my beloved dog.
Customer service is first class too. Always a quick response when you need to reach out to them.

Excellent customer service
I accidentally activated a reward voucher that would probably expire before I need my next subs delivery. Due to one dog being on reduced rations for a weight issue I will need to change the next date of delivery. The ProDog system has now been upgraded and making the changes myself actually works and is easy.

Excellent Product/ excellent service
My spaniel has, among other things, chronic atopic dermatitis and sebaceous adenitis. Her skin was red and scaly and her coat was dull, patchy & was coming out in clumps every time I stroked her. Despite very expensive medicines, weekly baths & oil massages we weren’t seeing any improvement at all. The only thing I hadn’t tried was changing her food. So on recommendation of a friend I contacted ProDog and after speaking to Alison the nutritionist, we came up with a feeding plan for her. I’ve just taken delivery of our second order and have to say I’m delighted with the results. Sadie’s coat has a shine to it again, she’s scratching less & seems to be loving the food. I know she’ll never be completely free from the skin problems but she does seem more comfortable and looks so much better since she’s been on ProDog raw.
I also want to say how impressed I am with their Customer Service team, especially Robin, excellent communication, prompt and honest replies - what CS should be. Thank you

Fussy eaters ??? Look no further
Well my dogs are fussy eaters and after spending months using different dog foods pro dog raw is definitely their favourite..it’s also budget friendly and recently I also found they have an option to adjust the repeat order function to coincide with how much you need or don’t need

I placed my first order of the sample…
I placed my first order of the sample pack for my new addition puppy. It came packaged really well, quickly and she is really enjoying the food. The only negative would be, that there should be a more varied selection of the food choices. Unfortunately, I had more selections of one type of food than the others. I have fed this back to ProDog and they have really listened/taken on board my views and hopefully this will be something they will work on for any future sample buyers 👍

Time to leave the sinking ship of prodog
After the last shocking experience with prodog in really thought things would improve. The last bundle of food arrived late and stealthily. So stealthily that no one knew it had arrived and see the bundle when taking the dog out. Checked the cameras and it had been there 10 minutes. Food was defrosted, which prodog gave their favourite answer to, put it in the fridge, as if my dog will eat 15kg of food in 3 days. No offer of a resolution at all. My dog is fussy and finding a new provider isn’t simple so we gave prodog another try. After all I’ve been a customer for 3-4 years now and besides the next delivery attempt surely couldn’t be any worse, could it? Well I could because as bad as the previous attempt was at least it arrived. It’s now the day after the delivery was due and I’ve had no contact from yodel, can’t imagine why you would leave DPD and choose yodel, only other than to save money of course. No contact from prodog and oh yes they are both closed until Monday. Prodog has been declining for a while now, it seems that they have finally hit rock bottom. They’ve know lost a loyal customer. I will be getting a full refund, refunded for the kibble I had to get up at 6am to go and buy and some free food to tie my dog over whilst I switch to Natupaw or Wilson’s. Two companies that actually care about customers and their dogs and not just profits.

Defrosted food on arrival made my dogs sick!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Been using pro dog for a couple of years now for both of my dogs. Had my months supply delivered and it was defrosted on arrival, emailed straight away and they said to just refreeze it and it would be fine. Annoyingly I listened to the advice even though that didn’t sit right with me and since both of my dogs have had sickness on several occasions straight after food which is very rare for them. Seems VERY coincidental. Contacted them again since the sickness with photo evidence etc and absolutely no help at all just brushing it under the carpet blaming my dogs for eating too fast!! Even though my older dog is actually spoon fed by myself so that’s 100% not the case. I have since gone out and bought new food from the shop as I now am too scared the stuff I have in my freezer is going to make them ill! Will be contacting my bank about a refund as prodog don’t seem to care.

Alison has been amazing! Her knowledge, help and guidance has been invaluable to me and Badger. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, compassion and sharing her knowledge to help find the best route for my senior dog who is suffering with Chronic Kidney Disease & had recently suffered an acute episode due to a virus. I was struggling so much and overwhelmed with all the information out there and didn’t know what to do for him for the best.

My dog is hooked !
Recently ordered the sample box and my dog is hooked! Loved it straight away so we were 100% pro dog raw same day (and I have a fussy high maintenance Frenchie!) The results are fantastic already! ProDog for your healthy pup
I have been using ProDog raw for a while now and Ivy (my french Bulldog), has gotten better in general heal. Shiny coat, better gut, sooo less gasy and more active. And no bad breath that usually comes from eating kibbles or the wed dog food. Got some of the natural snacks as well, which Ivy just loves to gobble up. ProDog has a very good selection of flavours and can be catered for your pup more individually. The customer service and the nutrition team is very helpful if you don't know how to start to transition to raw and you can get advice along the way. Very happy with ProDog and will continue to use their products for Ivy.
