Great dog food
Great dog food, reliable delivery, excellent customer service. The dogs love all the different flavours, have lovely shiny coats and loads of energy. So I pleased them to prodigiously raw from their previous food.

Have been a customer for over 4 years spending over £300/ month. During that time there have been a number of issues around delivery and missed delivery dates and yet again I have not had a delivery which I should have received yesterday. I was further advised by DHL that it was delayed by 24 hours and would be delivered today but no delivery has appeared and I’ve received no additional communication from DHL.
We are on holiday so have had to track down local suppliers of raw dog food. This is my last order with Prodog Raw and certainly wouldn’t recommend them as a supplier. The food is expensive compared to many brands and the delivery service is unreliable therefore not value for money.

However, we completely understand how frustrating it must be, especially while you’re away, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused in sourcing food locally.
We aim to have all orders delivered within 24 hours of dispatch; however, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, delivery can take up to 48 hours in some cases. Unfortunately, on this occasion, DHL’s delay meant your order did not arrive as expected, and we appreciate how disappointing this is.
We value your loyalty over the past four years and regret that this experience has led you to feel you can no longer recommend us. We are reviewing this matter internally with DHL to improve communication and reliability so that situations like this are avoided in the future.

Money for our new Yorkiepoo puppy ‘ the info supplied In the box is very informative’ the only problem we found is the size of the frozen blocks ‘ we are both in our 60s and found it hard to cut up into the size we want ‘ our pup eats a very small amounts so it’s not a case of taking the whole block out to defrost as the fridge life is only three days so it would be thrown away ‘ we found Pets at home do nearly the same thing but already cut into cubes and frozen so will probably be buying that in the future’ it’s a shame as the dog loved the food from Prodog as well ‘ surly you guys @ Prodog have a machine in your Arsenal to cut the frozen block pack into cubes ?

We understand your concern regarding the size of our frozen blocks, especially when feeding a small puppy. Our packaging and portion sizes are designed to maintain freshness and minimise waste, but we do appreciate that for very small portion requirements, it can be more challenging to handle. At present, we don’t offer pre-cubed portions, but we’ll certainly pass your suggestion on to our product development team for consideration.

Brilliant Food and Service. Recommended Highly
Having followed the suggestions of friends and neighbors, I am delighted with the change.
My dog was previously eating very expensive McAdams kibble, costing £70 for a 5kg bag, and he seemed quite uninterested in it. I was purchasing a bag approximately every four weeks.
Since transitioning to Pro Dog food, my dog has shown a remarkable change and becomes incredibly excited at mealtimes. As soon as I retrieve the food tub from the refrigerator, the yellow box seems to captivate him, much like candy would for a child. He then sits excited awaiting his meal.
He is now a very happy dog, and the customer service has been exceptional. I am genuinely pleased with the switch, and it has proven to be more cost-effective than the previous kibble.
The variety of flavors in the tubs is excellent, as it prevents him from becoming bored with his food.
I highly recommend giving it a try; I believe you will be very satisfied.

The absolute best for your dog
I have 2 dogs; one puppy retriever and one 6 year old Samoyed.
We were on ProDog for a few months in 2024 then moved off when we got the pup in favour of one that was a bit lower priced now we had 2.
Omg I’ll never do that again, it was a pain getting their poos right, always ill, not eating etc.
Moved back onto ProDog end of 2024 and will never change, dogs are so happy, healthy and are obsessed with their food.
We have subscriptions running to make sure we always have enough in the house for the month and the team are always so on top of emails when I’ve had a question.
Amazing product, amazing customer service.

My dogs love Prodog food
My dogs love Prodog food, its gone in seconds. My personal view after initially creating their raw meals myself, whilst this is more expensive way of feeding its convenient, but comes with the right balance of protein, offal and bone, with the additional health benefits of salmon oil, vegetables and superfoods like kelp, all of which add health benefits and calcium.

Dog owner for over 30 years,first time feeding raw. I’ve been feeding my 18 mth Beddy x whippet high quality kibble with a topper since we got him as a pup.Its been a struggle,thrown a lot of food ( and money) away that he didn’t eat . Did a quick changed to raw a couple of months ago….he took to it immediately! So far, no problems with customer service ….asked advice from Prodog Raw on a couple of occasions and they’ve got straight back to me.Dogs put weight on and looks in great condition 😊

Great products and lovely staff
We recently transitioned our dog onto a raw food diet and we're really pleased with the quality of Prodog's 'complete' raw food bundles. Their customer service is great and they're very responsive if you're looking for any advice too, quick to get back to you and friendly too.

Very easy to Use, swapped our corso girl over to prodog after we lost our other corso she wasnt eating very well and loosing weight. Bought chub bundle and complete adult bundle along with weight gainer. Shes absolutely loving her food again and getting some much needed weight back on

I own an allergic dog
I own an allergic dog, we were at the vets every month. I swapped to Prodog raw from Nutriment and we haven’t been to the vets with various orifice flare ups for 10 months. It has taken a while to work out the flavours he prefers, very fussy for a former starved dog (rescue), the quality of the raw food is very good. The team are also very responsive to my queries.

Excellent customer service
I've been feeding my dog with Prodog raw food for a year. Their customer service is excellent that they consider the hot weather might affect the quality when delivered so they proactive to change the delivery to a less hot day. Recently I just requested to change my subscribed delivery date and they responded efficiently and get the job done well. Appreciate it.
