My dog is 6 years old now and he only eats the Nature’s menu treats. He is so fussy with food and has recently started to like the freeze dried nuggets. I’m a regular customer. Website is easy to navigate and ordering hassle free. Delivery has been super quick. Overall 5 stars for the service.

Delivery a day late which resulted in receiving an order that had to be thrown away. Customer service organised another delivery and a £15 credit for the inconvenience of having to fill my bin up with a defrosted order. Not sure if the £15 credit is on my account
