I ordered a camera body with ease via the internet. The process was easy and the delivery was on time with the product I ordered. I would buy from them again in the future.

Even though there was a temporary qlick in the processing of my order they owned up to the mistake and I was more than happy with the service I received after the qlick was taken care of. What I ordered came when they said it would and I am pleased with the product I bought.

They were backed up due to Hurricane Sandy but upon calling customer service, Charles, was very helpful and is getting my Canon lens shipped out to me right away. It was much appreciated to get great customer service like this!

I got a great price from Primotronix, and they have really good customer service. There was an issue with my order and they fixed it quickly and gave me free expedited shipping (in exchange for a Facebook review...)

Overall, satisfied with the service I received from Primotronix. I bought a lens at a great price, and I look forward to trying it out soon! The only thing was that I wasn't expecting to have to call to confirm my order, so that delayed the delivery of my lens. Not a big deal though. If I ever plan to purchase another lens I will definitely choose Primotronix.

After waiting the 72 hours I called and got Charles on the phone after a short hold. He was very friendly. He assured me that my camera was in stock, intended for american purchase, and would be shipped. By the end of the day the order had moved into a ready to ship status.

I was confused as to the status of my order...so I called Primotronix. Charles answered the call and politely explained Primotronix was backlogged, but they will do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. That's all I needed to hear from Charles...sometimes a customer just wants to hear they are cared about! Thanks Primotronix & Charles!!!

Charles was my customer service representative. He said that he would rush out my camcorder via UPS because of the delay in processing. Charles was very nice, and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely buy from Primotronix again.

Was brousing for a new SLR camera and and found several name brand cameras at smokin bottom prices, after an easy login and purchase they called me to make sure my camera would be delivered before Christmas!

My wife was pushing me heavily to buy a decent camera for our upcoming vacation. I know nothing about cameras and in the past we would just buy some low-end, basic camera at a local pharmacy.

I found "Primotronix " online while I was browsing for a new, brand-name camera that was relatively inexpensive. I called them up thinking that no one would answer the phone or even offer any valuable help, which was what I had found with a lot of other online companies. However, with "Primotronix " a friendly voice picked up the phone almost instantly. The man introduced himself as Eric and asked if he could be of any help. I was so impressed with Eric and his knowledge, professionalism and positive mannerisms. He never interrupted me and always waited until I was finished speaking before he would continue. Eric helped my wife and I to make the right purchase for the right camera. We know that we got a great deal and stayed well within our budget.

When we received our new camera, we were so excited to see how the camera operated. We realized very quickly we had no clue what to do first, so we called Primotronix again and was directed to Roger in customer service. Roger had so much knowledge about our new camera and he was able to explain himself clearly enough for us to understand what to do. He was great!

We took the most wonderful pictures on our vacation- they were clear and simply beautiful! Thank you Roger, Eric and Primotronix for your fantastic service and amazing camera! We look forward to dealing with you again when we plan to upgrade in the future for another new camera!

This place had the best price on the camera I was looking for and very reliable quick service. Only wish I did get the free shipping but because I ordered it late and close to Christmas has to pay the additional shipping. But they did offer free shipping as well if I didn't need it at a certain time.

This is a great company. I ordered then they kept me informed all the way, called me two times to make sure everything was good. Customer service was exemplary. I received the product on time and it works perfectly.

I issued a complaint regarding receiving a broken product on 12/22/12. I received a call today in response from "<Name Removed>" at Primotronix. He offered to fix my issue to include replacing the camera and expaditing a new camera. While he was discussing the details he told me that I had left a negative review of my experience with the company. I confirmed that I had as so far my experience had been largely negative. <Name Removed> stated that he could not help me since I had left a negative review but he would be willing to if I would change my review. I told <Name Removed> that until my complaint had been resolved I was unwilling to change my review. <Name Removed> than told me that I was nothing more than a blogger and that my words didn't mean anything and that I was "un-American" for hurting a small American business by saying negative things. He further stated that regarding my complaint lodged with BBB, that BBB was powerless and I was "throwing my time away." I tried to explain my situation and that I was more than willing to redo my review if and when my problem was resolved however I was continuously interrupted and then told that my issue could not be fixed as I was not being cooperative.

This is wholly unprofessional and unsolicited. This company sent me the wrong item and rather than accept their error and move on has the audacity to dictate the terms of how I can review them? The argument was made that “this is America, not Iraq” by your customer service agent <Name Removed>, my retort is then, as this is America, I am entitled to free speech and my opinion and at this time my opinion has been further cemented of the low consideration you give to your customers. I simply want this issue resolved and rather than moving along amicably you have twice demonstrated a very low level of respect for my business.

Further, to be accused of being ‘un-American’ is a fairly inflammatory remark, regardless of anything else that was said by “<Name Removed>” it seems any kind of language calling into question the patriotism of the customer is a fairly desperate move done by someone who is fully aware that they are wrong but still wants to argue the point. I expect this kind of boorish behavior from a toddler, not a customer service representative.

I bought the Canon EF - S telephoto zoom lens IS 55mm-250mm F/4.0-5.6 for my pops for Christmas, and he loves it! It is a great product!

The only con about my purchase was that it took quite a while to ship. I was almost ready to cancel my order because I assumed it would never come. But! The wait is worth it!

This is the first time I've ever ordered online where the merchant calls you to confirm the shipping address. If they don't connect with you you have to call them before they will ship your order. I called three times and left message and finally on the fourth call I received a "human" on the other end. I was then informed the Canon I ordered was manufactured internationally and thus had no warranty (justifying the low price). I was given the option of buying a warranty or I could buy the version that was manufactured in the US at a higher price which comes with a 1 year warranty. The fact I lost 4 shipping days and I needed the camera for a Christmas gift, I succumbed to their ploy and paid $60 more than what was advertised. I will not be a returning customer and caution anyone considering doing business with Primotronix.

One of the lowest price on camera, I found this website by using pricegrabber. I would defininetly buy again. Only complaint is, customer service was very hard to reach and took almost two weeks to process our order, it's understandable for this time of year (Christmas shopping). If those two issues are fix, this site will be in business for a very long time.
