Terrible experience with printer repair. I was misled about timing and very inadequate communication and follow up.

I feel like I am never treated with respect. I bought this machine and it wasn’t cheap as you know. I feel like the technicians can be a little friendlier. Not sure if I would purchase another one due to the e lack of respect.

Super speedy shipping

The speed
Of order processing and shipment is incredible with every order I place! My Eddie stopped recognizing the ink cartridge right in the middle of an order at midnight Tuesday night. I immediately ordered another cartridge (Shame on me for not having a back up!). The order was due Friday, so I altered my cookie design and finished the order thinking I wouldn’t be able to get it completed in time. The new cartridge was at my front door by 10am Thursday morning - which would have given me plenty of time to get the order done! Thank you for your super speedy service!

I am so glad I purchased the Eddie…

I am so glad I purchased the Eddie edible ink printer! It has made decorating my cookies so much easier and has saved me so much time. The print quality is excellent, and it allows me to create professional-looking cookies with far less effort. Looking back, I only wish I had bought it two years sooner. It has been one of the best investments I've made for my cookie business, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering an edible printer.

No complaints

I've answered this survey three times so here it is again...I liked the response...they asked the right questions...I sent them pictures of the disc and the box and the label...they sent replacements right away. I have no complaints. For the fourth time I have no complaints...they took care of the problem in a timely manner...I have no complaints except having to keep taking the same survey over and over and over.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and thank this company for their truly outstanding customer service.
From the moment I purchased my printer, their team was always available, responsive, and willing to help with any questions I had. Every interaction was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
One thing that initially worried me was that I live in France and was purchasing a printer from an American company. I was concerned that the distance, communication, or potential support issues could make things complicated. However, my concerns disappeared immediately. The entire experience was smooth, and despite being located overseas, I always felt supported and valued as a customer.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected personal circumstances, I was no longer able to keep the printer and had to return it. Even in this situation, they were incredibly understanding and accepted the return without any hassle. They listened to my concerns, provided all the invoices and documentation I needed, and continued to support me throughout the entire process.
It is very rare to find a company that remains so attentive and customer-focused, even after a return. Their commitment to customer satisfaction goes far beyond the sale itself, and that deserves recognition.
I also want to mention that the printer itself was fantastic. It is a real shame that I could not keep it, as I was extremely happy with the product.
