Love Primera but ink didn’t arrive……

I love Primera printers and had a fall out because one order for ink failed to arrive and I was bummed... Perhaps I overreacted when Primera explained they did send out a note about the cancellation and I failed to receive it.. not a major issue, just lost time in my work. I re-ordered and in two days I was back to full production.. Good call in the end from Primera

First, thank you for the kind words in your headline about Primera—we truly appreciate that and are sorry this particular order experience was disappointing.

After reviewing your order, we found that it included both custom labels and ink on the same purchase. Due to system limitations between our ordering and fulfillment platforms, we’re unfortunately unable to split-ship those types of mixed orders. Rather than delay the ink shipment indefinitely while the custom labels were being processed, the order was canceled.

Our team did send a cancellation notice with an explanation on April 13 from customlabels@primera.com to the email address associated with the order. It’s possible the message may have landed in a spam or filtered folder, which would certainly explain why this came as such a surprise later on.

If you have not yet reordered your ink, please contact us directly. We would be pleased to help with expedite shipping so you can receive it as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate the feedback, as situations like this help us improve our communication process moving forward. If you happen to locate the original email and feel this additional context helps clarify what occurred, we’d certainly appreciate you considering an update to your review.

I called customer service due to having…Cookie left inside error code.

I called customer service due to having a error code on the printer stating cookie left inside. The Customer service representative did trouble shoot via remote computer assistance. The issue did not resolve. I will say the tutorials that are provided on the website are very helpful and easy to follow. As it turned out I needed to replace the sensor which I had ordered anyway beforehand and that had solved the problem.

I usually make Purchases of Supplies for Individual Software Inc on Amazon - In purchasing Primera Ink (53335) for our Bravo SE Printer - Amazon Discontinued Supplying that Item - I searched for another Supplier and I Found Primera Technology - And When I contacted them - They said that They Could Help me and that they had Plenty in Stock - They really came through for me & I have Placed (2) Orders (QTY-8) since then

Extremely detailed and thorough customer service

Kelly from Primera was super helpful with the questions I had regarding custom label sizes— I gave her a list of the sizes I needed, and she replied back with a clear detailed breakdown including pricing for the custom die cut (1-time fee), along with the price for each roll.

She also told me the custom sizes they had in stock that were closest to the actual sizes I needed, in order to forgo the need to purchase and make a brand new die cuts.

We ended up going with the LX610, and after ordering I was immediately emailed a confirmation from Kate, letting me know the details and process of receiving my printer.

So far my experience with Primera has been great! Can’t wait to receive our label maker.

Everything I needed to know before purchasing the Eddie Printer.

Everything I needed to know prior to purchasing my Eddie printer is on the Primera website, along with a Facebook page where I was able to do more personal research by looking at personal experiences of others who have purchased the Eddie printer. After a thorough review of your order, all related communication, and our complete system audit trail, I’d like to clarify two important facts: (1) The shipment was sent to the exact address entered at the time the order was placed. Our system logs explicitly record that all original order details—including the shipping address—were entered directly by the customer. (2) The audit trail confirms that when our team assisted in updating the plug type, no changes were made to the shipping address at any point—only the SKU of the printer was updated.

We understand that this situation is frustrating. However, the documented order history clearly shows that the delivery was completed based on the information provided at checkout. Our team worked in good faith to help locate the shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The unit is currently being returned to us, and we were prepared to promptly reship it to the correct address upon receipt. We also note that a chargeback has now been initiated through your credit card provider. Given the fully documented order history and confirmed delivery details, we will be submitting complete supporting documentation as part of that process.
