I placed an order with PorchPirates August 12, 25 and still have not received it. On top of that they have not responded to my customer service inquires.

I want to leave a review because I wanted to say I just had a very positive experience with Customer Service for Porch Pirates. I sent an email yesterday and they responded via a telephone call today. Excellent customer service explained their process and that they are small business and are very busy right now. So kindness, patience and grace I think are called for at this time. I wish them the best of luck and I look forward to seeing what I get in my mystery boxes.

I enjoy getting my mystery boxes! You never know what to expect and then it is just as exciting to see if you get a golden ticket to register for bigger prizes!!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with Porch Pirate! I had questions and customer service was quick to get back to me on FB messenger, not as quick through email, they answered all my questions! I ordered two boxes and they even upgraded my shipping which was extremely nice of them! My kids and I had so much fun opening them! We can’t wait to order more.

This was a fun experience! I ordered 4 different kinds of mystery boxes and got some really cool things! I don’t think there was an item i didn’t like. There may be a bit of a wait because theyre a small business and are receiving a lot of orders, but don’t let the wait stop you! I definitely recommend that you order and experience the fun of these mystery boxes

Received product on time. While some items in the box are not useful for me , others are. It’s called a mystery box for a reason. Great customer service. There are a lot of scam company’s promoting the same items , this is not one of them.

I received my box and SUPRISE a MK bag. It was so cute...the other items were a little cheap except I did appreciate the aluminum foil,, I had just run out!

Ordered 3 different boxes. One box was completely destroyed and had broken items. Retail for items were less than $20 for each box. I wish I would have read the REAL reviews instead of the ones from their website and also the ones on Facebook.
Everything that came in the box is now in the trash.
Also ordered items a month ago, had to send a few emails for them to send my boxes.

NEVER GOT A PACKAGE!!!! TRACKING SAID OTHERWISE!

I ordered a Michael Kors mystery box back in late May/early June and waited....and waited....and waited....I emailed the company and asked for a tracking number, which I never got. After doing some research I was able to obtain a tracking number (without the company's response), only to find that the package was in Kentucky or Tennessee somewhere sitting in a sorting center, emailed the company again with no response. A few days later, on checking the tracking number, it said it had been delivered to my residence 2 weeks ago. WRONG!!!!! TRY AGAIN!!!! All I wanted was to indulge in a little bit of fun, and this company did NOT make good on sending me ANYTHING and no correspondence, no resolve - I am out money now, and I can see why they are NOT backed by the BBB!

Research before committing - lesson learned! :(

I sent more emails looking for a beauty box I ordered a month ago. No one has responded to me yet. They promise your box will arrive 3-5 days. I believe this is a money making scam. Please read reviews before buying from anyone!!! I have learned this the hard way unfortunately. Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered two beauty boxes and only received one. Shipping was very very slow. I reached out to porch Pirates numerous times and they never responded. I last reached out to them (Bri) on 7/02/25. They have ignored me. The box I did receive was filled with the lowest quality Chinese manufactured products. I could not even use these products because I do not read Chinese and I didn’t know what most of them were. There was nothing of namebrand in this box. It was pure junk. I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charges.

TOOK MY MONEY NEVER GOT MY CLASSIC LIQUIDATION MYSTERY BOX THAT I BOUGHT AND STILL WAITING FOR IT

We ordered 1 box and we can't track it and also we contacted them on Facebook someone responded but said the box hasn't been shipped yet but it was supposed to be here today or yesterday

Can someone plz help!?!?? I have tried to contact them via phone, get an AI recording cannot speak with a real person, emailed, yard the message request online and never get a response! I ordered multiple boxes but cannot get an update on shipment etc. I am beginning to feel like I just fell into a scam trap! Anyone else have this issue?

I bought 2 boxes. The first arrived a week later than the expected date and I have yet to receive the second box. Huge mistake. Cheap cheap product in the box that I received, not worth the money. One item I have no idea what it even is. Will not make this mistake again. We will see if I receive the 2nd box??

All items were cheap and kid toys. Not the fun kid toys either. Ugh

Bought 2 boxes no Michael Kors purse and I even paid for the upgrade! Also the items were pathetic. A canvas bad that I could get for free at any expo show. Clothes too small for my kid too big for me. Plastic jewelry, nipple covers, and skin tape? Nope never again.

Although this mystery box is not super expensive it’s still a pretty good chunk of money. So you will understand why my blood ran cold when I opened my box up in the very first thing that I saw was a $.99 blue plastic beach pail that I could get at the dollar store. My stomach sunk and as I got through the Through the box, I wasn’t getting any happier mismatch things of low cost things that I don’t have any use for whatsoever. I think it’s kind of of odd move to put wild yam balancing cream for hormonal issues when you have no idea who’s getting the box. I also got a string at yourself. Happy St. Patrick’s Day sign. Just utter crap a a notebook, a jump rope, some kind of battery recharger for some sort of machine that I have no idea about. And of course I bought all of this shit because I was hoping that I would get a purse. Absolutely do not waste your money on this company they will take your money and send you a whole bunch of crap that you’re gonna wind up either throwing away donating or trying to find somebody who wants it if I could give it zero stars I would
