I ordered three boxes first one came within a month. It was the beauty box. Every single product was dirty filthy and used. I mean every single one I have pictures. I sent an email and I never received the other two boxes. They apologized and said they would take care of it and it would be mailed shipped out within 48 hours. It was never shipped out another month went by. I emailed again and again they apologized and make sure they would ship out three new Boxes Within 48 hours. Now it’s another two months and still nothing. They create a label and that’s it. It doesn’t go any further than them creating a label. I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing. So frustrating. I’m so tired of being ripped off.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - SCAM!!!!! I bought a 1/2 pallet and never received it. I called 28 times before I got an answer, they said they would refund me but have yet to do so. I have emailed multiple times and have called at least an additional 20 times, and they have yet to return an email, answer a call or return a call. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!!!

Like other reviews here, if I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on August 18, 2025 for a Beauty box and a Classic w/subscription. In mid September I received only the Beauty Box which contained mostly garbage (broken, used, & empty items). At that point I emailed and they said the Classic boxes were backordered, so I canceled my subscription, but the box I paid for was still pending (label created, but never left the warehouse). I was told on more than one occasion that my box would go out "by the end of the week" or "the next day". I asked for a refund because it became clear they had no intention of shipping the rest of my order. On Oct 22nd I received an email that they were working on my refund. That was almost a month ago, and still nothing! This is the absolute worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They really should be shut down.

You need the option for zero stars!!! I signed up in May or June, took months to receive 1st set of boxes. Which both boxes had the same items in them. All trash!! Nothing I could even use, well, except for a bunch of freaking balloons!!! During this waiting period, I was charged for the next boxes. By the time I received my box, I was charged for the next boxes. I sit here today, mid November, still no boxes. This company owes me money! I have requested refunds several times. 1st response given was they had sent out my boxes. It’s been a month since that response and still no shipping movement from printed label. This company needs to be shut down!!!!

The first boxes I ordered took awhile to arrive, but I was happy with the product. I ordered another box 8/30/25 and bought a subscription for monthly boxes. I was charged 9/30/2025. I still have not received either of those purchases. Emailed support and was told they were out of stock. Emailed support again and they offered me 2 smaller boxes. They changed the prices on their website. I paid $89.95 and smaller boxes were $29.95, so I should receive 3 smaller boxes to equal my bigger box. I emailed them back and didn’t get a response back and still haven’t received anything. They’ve turned comments off on their Facebook site, too.

I bought various name-brand items, including a portable tire pump for myself and an eyebrow and lash lift kit for my wife. I would highly recommend them.

I loved my second box! It was worth three times what I paid for it, and I loved everything in it!

Mine had a lot of cool stuff in it! I get one every time I go to the peddler’s mall!

I purchased 2 MK boxes and 1 classic box in July and it is October now and I haven’t received any boxes. I get notifications that they created labels but that’s it. And the lady I talked to on the phone always has an excuse and she will create me labels and they are never picked up by the carrier. I have asked for a refund and I haven’t received it. This is a 100% scam.

Everything I got was something I or someone else could use. I got a good box. It was fun getting to open these.

I paid for two shipments and received none. I cannot reach anyone anymore but initially I was told their shipment ran out and were in process of getting more. Over a month later and still nothing. Don’t waste your money!!

More than exceeds the money spent! Some will be gifts, and most will keep

So I ordered two mystery boxes in August. The first one was canceled because of some new system they had. I ordered the Beauty Box and then the mystery box. I reached out many times when I had never gotten a box. A month later I got two Beauty boxes instead of one mystery and one beauty. Both Beauty boxes had very little in them and they each had something inside that had opened up in shipping and had ruined other items in the Box. I knew it was a long shot so I don't have any regrets about trying but I would never do it again with this company.

Delivery took a month, the items were ridiculous. A bag of screws, bag of tiny pink bows, bits with half missing, a shower curtain, rubber caps for the end of wire shelves, Galaxy phone screen protector, dollar store party decorations and a silver pillow. You can’t give a review or comment on their page, it will disappear. I had high hopes but received nothing useful.

I received one of two boxes that I ordered. When I opened it, several of the items had leaked into the box. Not one item was new. One was only 1/3 full ( and it was not one that leaked everywhere.) It looked like someone went into their home bathroom and dumped all their toiletries that they are currently using into a box and shipped it. I am beyond disappointed. I waited 8 weeks to receive this order, only got one of two boxes and I had to throw the entire thing away. If I could award negative stars, I would. Whoever packed this box should be embarrassed and whoever runs the company should be doubly embarrassed that they sent out this box to a first time customer.

Total Scam - do not order. They keep your money, they do not refund, they will not email or call you back. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered August 18th and received an estimated delivery of August 25. Emailed them and they implied it would sent out the following Monday. Well that Monday and the following Monday passed with no update. Requested a refund and to cancel my order with no response or refund.

The first box was terrible but received a free box it was better nothing like they advertised but ill buy again thanks

First box took 3 weeks to arrive, but I felt it was worth the price, so I ordered a second box( both not the MK advertised) and a beauty box on 29 July. As of 26 August, nothing so I emailed. Got a phone call promising the large box to go out the next day and the beauty box the day after Labor Day.

Finally received the large box on 11 September. It was 2/3 empty and all junk..like a single Mylar balloon, a single window cling of a ghost, and two of some random affirmation dust collector. None of the accessories ( phone protectors for a Galaxy, cases for a smart watch brand I never heard of and don’t fit the one I own, etc) are of any use to me.

Still no sign of the beauty box.

I placed an order on August 22nd, 2025 for 3 boxes. They are:
1 – MK Beauty and Wellness Mystery Box
1 – Michael Kors Edition Classic Liquidation Mystery Box
1 – Classic Liquidation Box
The total cost was $106.13 which was immediately charged to my credit card.

The expected delivery date was Aug 29th on their receipt. It is now September 9th and I still have not received the 3 boxes I ordered. I have checked USPS, FedEx, and UPS tracking systems and there are no labels yet produced Inbound for my address. The Shop app they advise customers to use to track orders also has not been updated to indicate my 3 boxes have been shipped. I have attempted to reach out requesting a status using email (3 times), Facebook Messenger (twice), text (once), and even replying to one of their Facebook posts (my message was deleted). I have gotten only generic responses that promise a tracking number for my shipment in 72 hours (which has passed).
