claim to verify your account via a third party, doesn't work. take your deposit anyway and then want a scan of your licence to refund. terrible customer service, no phone number to contact.

Always check your bets, I have had to go on their online tech chat forum to review countless bets. While they look appealing and offer something different, it is a waste of time if they can not even get it right on their system.

i got lured to points bet with promotion using points bet, i had a good months and they had me on a promotion they would add 10% of my deposit as a bonus bet.

because i won elliot forbes who works for them tested me, didnt even have the balls to initally call me and say they are revoking my deal cause i had a winning month.

im sure the other betting platorms dont act in that kind of un professionalism, he was rude arrogant and extremely, into himself bloating about his positing in his job

These guys all just follow a “policy” aka let’s steal their money. God forbid you make a mistake on a bet , you will not get your money back. So easy to deposit but when it comes up to withdrawing your money forget that money is gone for good. You can’t even cash out your own money with a sole purpose of a bet. So basically in order to get YOUR money back you have to do a compulsory bet. What a crap policy. What if I don’t want to bet or changed my mind all there clones just go according to our policy bla bla bla biggest scam. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

My experience with Points bet goes beyond belief. The first time I ever tried to make a withdrawl they immediately suspended my account and then demanded a photo of my credit card for I was not willing to do. I called them and cancelled my account,That was last Monday Week. 3 calls since and numerous emails I still have not been paid.I have spoken to a Max and a Matt both claiming the funds had been paid, My bank has confirmed this to be untrue but were happy to investigate their claim but would need both a deposit receipt number,a payment ID number and the date of the deposit.Points Bet were unable to supply same. Maybe another lie or just total incompetence, I don't know .I asked to speak to someone with a little knowledge of the job, maybe a manager or accounts and my request was refused. I still have not been paid as of this date.

Tried to take my money out but said I had to verify new card by putting in deposit amount. I never received a small amount so couldn't verify it. I live chat them 3 times explaining this, I even showed screen shot of my bank account. Once I was hung up on, another was told the 3 digits don't match the card. If that was the case why do my deposits work? I would have to say honestly they are a scam. Easy to deposit yet hard to withdraw.

Whatever you do, do not join PointsBet. They promise you the world for a short time with excellent promotions. Then without warning or any explanation they advise you that you are no longer entitled to further promotions. I did not just use their excellent promotions.....I did utilise their full facilities. I have sent email after email to them for a please explain but they don’t have courtesy to respond. I actually introduced friends to PointsBet and they still receive full promotions. However, I have heard from others that PointsBet are renowned for removing promotions to customers without any explanation. Absolutely pathetic and lack of respect to customers.

Terrible bookie. Never had a bet bigger than $25 and got banned from all promotions and bonus bets. Took 10 days and 3 phone calls to get a refund from my account. They somehow stuffed up my bank details lol

Pointsbet are a bunch of cowards. They lure the customer in with the promise of promotions and extra services. After the customer has deposited they then cut the customer off and don't let them withdraw as there are turnover requirements. After complaining to the online support you are then told there is nothing they can do. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Was betting here and had an account manager who would promise me bonuses if I deposit and after I deposit he would ignore me no matter how hard I try to get in contact. Very shady website, please stick to the bigger ones who can be trusted

Horrible app, might have been put together by some teenagers because nothing works properly lol. You have to go into live chat and complain just to recieve bonuses that you're owed. Most live bets are blocked by admin because they probably can't handle big bets. Would recommend Draftkings. Fanduel. Or williamhill 100x before using this site again. Super low budget.

Wow, they have good promotions sometimes, but if you use the promotions too much then they ban you from using promotions even if they don't profit. Brings all the fun out of betting knowing you might be banned and for sure discourages me from giving them my money on non-promotional bets. Forcing me to bet on non-promotions with no warning (read extremely long fine print that will take you 45 minutes). Guys on the phone are cool but unfortunately that is about all they have going for them in terms of customer satisfaction.

Over 30 min to settle bets is terrible and are sometimes settled incorrectly. Make sure you check. I only use pointsbet because they offer spread betting but they are slowly removing the range of spread bets available so will soon just be like any other bookie.
