Made a bet week befor the rosters and gf told it was knights to win the Gf i will never use sports agian!

I have been using sportsbet on and off.
They are no good.
I punted one night and had a bad trot, they blocked my account after chatting too them,they decided I could only punt intotal $1750 for the week.
That particular evening they where happy enough for me too loose 7k,which I don't have a problem with,but then they give you little too no chance of winning money back with the capped $1750 per wk.
Rotton company.
They took a 5k bet of me one evening and a few bets later refused a $500 bet.
Not a level playing field....stay clear

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the SGM Sportsfeed that pops up when accessing betting on AFL games. Can’t use the iPad as it takes over the screen and stops me betting on games. Have to use my phone instead. Started last weekend.

Poor odds, appalling rude customer service, toxic and manipulative marketing and advertising. I left Sportsbet for good for Neds, Ladsbroke and others which are much better.

Had a couple of singular bets put 3 weeks ago. 2 wins yet they disappeared so no pay out. Cause I didn't record the id of the bet they refuse to pay.

I've sought feedback across social media, re your multiple instances of SB's Delhi-based professionals, being shamelessly untrained in placing very basic bets, can't understand written questions, thus redundant and irrelevant responses are all you get.

These guys just change the rules as they go along. An "option" is apparently only THEIR option, although they continue to pretend it's the customer option when it comes to cash out. Odds in multis are also impossible, much better elsewhere. Have been burnt by this shonky provider too many times, time to move on

I’m super fan for soccer World Cup and been playing since 2018 just soccer betting and I been winning and losing tell 2 days ago I place money on game between Argentina vs Egypt and my bet was the game would have more than 3.5 yellow cards. The game finished with 5 yellow cards but i lost my money. I called back the told me the team manager received 2 yellow cards and this yellow cards doesn’t count it should be for the players only!!!! But when I went back and looked there is nothing like that . I spoke to team supervisor name Frizer he didn’t care and he agreed with me but he told me he can’t help. All what I understand from this they are biggest cheaters they do their best to make you lose

Sportbet is one of the great rip offs when it comes to same game multi betting on the AFL, I put exactly the same game multi bet tonight on the Carlton v Richmond game on both Sportsbet & Ned's, Sportsbet offers a payout of $36, Ned's offers $208. If there's any credible Australian gambling authority, it should be investigating how Sportsbet is getting away with this.

Rubbish won game in penalty shootout but because it was a draw at full time it’s classed as loss I just deleted app silly rules

Sportsbet app glitched and performed an an authorised cash out on my girlfriends bet within her account which had technically already won.

Back ground is she put a multi on the nrl tonight. Her multi paid off and after the last try to win the bet was confirmed, she refreshed the bet to see it had been finalised. After hitting refresh the app glitched, offered a cash out and instantly cashed out the $14.40, instead of the $150 win. The cash out was unauthorised and the bet had already won every single leg so should have been updated and paid out the correct amount.

Customer service was woeful. They escalated it in the chat to a supervisor who ended up basically just saying that it’s bad luck and it happened from her device. Horrible customer service considering the legs in the bet had already been won before the unauthorised cash out and the reason it didn’t pay the full amount out was that the Sportsbet app is slow.

We will be pushing this further up to the NTRC and to Flutter Entertainment, time will tell if they are as corrupt as Sportsbet themselves.

Sportsbet is being sued for alleged illegal live bets collected that were considered not legal they are fighting in court. Because I didn't opt out of the class suit they now don't offer any bonus bets except on sat nominated bet returns. How childish to penalise a member for not supporting them taking illegal bets . So now I hardly spend any money on the platform but love to hear from others on similar situation being treated differently because of sportsbets illegal bet taking on live events. Bet sportsbet doesn't respond either ,good riddance sportsbet , I'll spend my money where I'm rewarded for spending not persecuted by a childish platform . Ciao

I somehow knew for certain roosters would win against the sharks, apparently I tapped the wrong button though where it was 'total' not 'h2h' so I knew roosters would win, sharks lost. So I asked the 'live chat' thing where someone said i tapped wrong button, its like well can I get a refund then? I wont get the winnings but at least a refund as I knew for sure roosters would win. They're like sorry its like excuse me? I knew for certain roosters would win i betted the roosters would win yet because i said the total not h2h button like who takes notice of what is what anyway? Total sounds more accurate than h2h. Can't they just do a simple who would win scenario out of 2 teams or players? Instead of this mumbo jumbo like which player would win first for example NRL, which player would try or kick football first in goalpost thing like wtf. Sports bet gladly took my money for a bet - but since then I cannot log in because my birth date is listed wrong on their sign-in I.D. screen. I tried contacting Sports bet to fix the issue BUT have been left high and dry - Scammers, in my opinion they come in all shapes and sizes as well as betting apps

So sad this didn't work out on enjoying a few bets on this app. The app itself and design is awesome. But the Trust is not there. I have been ripped off heaps on sportsbet app. If I get a small win I have to refresh over and over and sometimes it says I didn't win. But with TAB I can be betting and move on without watching if I have won then only find out I won by my money going up. Wish I could trust this app the same. But has been proven to many times I can't trust them, they even take away your $5 bonus bets lol. I honestly thought a multi million dollar company couldn't be that petty but here we are. And I don't talk rubbish .

They are a bunch of scamers as soon as they see you cash bets out before the game is over they start suspending your bets so you can't cash out anymore

Sportsbet you bullshit artist…3 leg multi, 2 legs esoccer win but my 2nd game was winning and ripped me off and called the e-soccer players to disconnect from the game so that game get voided you bullshit artist!!!!! Instead of paying me 760 you guys paid me 309 and voided that winning game but bullshit rules on Sportsbet says if disconnected or game rage can disqualify the opponent and get voided for interruption…BS you called and set this game up to disconnect and rigged my winning bet you cheaters!!!!!!!!! I hate cheaters!!! That was a set up
