Absolute joke of a site. took my money and then halved my bet. When screenshots were shown nothing happened about it. Stay away from these crooks

Reviews are right - customer service is terrible. Care Factor is zero and although I've used it on and off for years, they suspended my account, but there's no one to unsuspend it. When they do I'll be closing the account and using the better sites

Don't payback, payback bets and won't allow you to put on certain bets. Customer service is terrible. This site is a scam

Worst customer service : place a bet only to realise the match has been postponed. Chat to request cancellation but was rudely rejected. The postponed match was still open for betting until the start time. No flexibility and doesn’t value customers at all.

Hands down, most corrupt, dodgy, rip off bookmaker on the planet. Seriously, these guys are thieves. From missing deposits to the lowest of odds available anywhere, bet promos completely suck, live chat is useless and not in the slightest helpful and don't even bother phoning as you'll be treated like a hindrance. DO NOT BET WITH THIS SHONKY MOB.

Every week the app will crash at least once or twice. They do not look after anyone with anything. Would highly recommend going else where!

I’ve used virtually every bookie in australia, PointsBet is easily one of the worst bookies in the country. Barely any markets, horrible odds, they have this bonus money scheme where if you bet $1000 you get like $10, kind of joke is that. They’ll restrict promos from you and lastly, they don’t ever give away bonus cash etc. to customers, never. Complete trash. If you want markets go to 365, customer loyalty rewards go to ladbrokes, not this garbage.

Bloody pointsbet add are so frustrating to watch ,just ridicules put together adds please take these sorts of adds off and maybe put a normal one on,2 adds in 4 minutes is wrong enough is enough

They never credited my account with bonus bets from Saturday's money back promotion totaling $250, so I got on to live chat the following day and they told me I've been excluded from promotions until further notice with no valid reason and no prior notice. I don't just bet on promotional races either so why the exclusion. To me this is fraud. I won't be using these scammers ever again and I'll be telling every punter I can about my experience.

Greedy site.. they are not legit like bet365, sportsbet. They give you worst odds and some matches where you feel like winning, they don’t provide those odds.

You know what! I’ve spent a lot of money using this platform. What they don’t tell you when they send a text telling you they will match your bonus bet, then you log into your account deposit: eg amount of $200. Can’t find your bonus bet match. Why? Because you need to click the link in your text for it to be valid. Of course your going to spend the $200 & have to deposit again using the text message again! Forget it.. won’t be using this platform again. Plenty of better platforms to use!

The sensative info they want just so you can reclaim wins is at best dodgy, and lots of hoops to jump through.

Don’t recommend betting with this company, very disappointing management. Use Ladbrokes or Sportsbet. Stay away from this outfit!!

Another betting agency that false advertises promotions. Don't bet with these guys.

Pointsbet took 2 weeks to pay me out last year for a large amount of money I got it and I left
But silly me went back and won another good win now they want time to pay
Trust me this company has no future they make the rules as they go along and customer service has told me Lies 6 days in a row and then ask for time to pay
My advice to everybody is withdraw your money today while you can this company is close to bankrupt after making an effort to open in New York this company has lost shareholders 69% in the last 12 months if you have shares anybody cut your loses now
