Stay away they are crooked and do nothing to help with any problems that occur! I was disabled from multi betting for absolutely no reason and was told it was a discretion of there traders? What a joke!!

Got a 1, only because there was nothing lower… Their practices are dodgy, especially relating to promotions, which they quickly ban you from (far quicker than other bookies) and trying to get your winnings is a challenge. Their customer service people “don’t have the time” to discuss issues. Three members of my family have had issues… GO ELSEWHERE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The site lacks customer service and the betting transactions are flawed. It does not stipulate when a scratched horse has been refunded to your account. No where does it show on your statement and if you ask the customer service they will state it has been refunded to you and you need to trust them!! No evidence!!! Beware. They don’t care and didn’t care when I raised the issue so I closed my account. Other agencies are way better. Ladbrokes or Betdeluxe!! Forgot the stupid adds with Shaq . They don’t care about customers.

These guys are shocking. They offer you boosted odds and then when confirming the bet, they take it away. I enquired and they stated “it’s at the traders discretion”..? No honouring what they display at all. I simply won’t be using them again - stay away!

Began regularly betting with PointsBet roughly 2 weeks ago. At first glance, seems like a good platform, I like the points system, they have e-sports and reasonably good variety of other sports to bet on. I generally bet between $50-200 on multi-bets and singles, sports & e-sports only, had some wins and losses but was about $1000 up in total on the platform early on. Then I decided to step it up and do some bigger bets. Did a few $500 bets and a $1000 bet on soccer, some won and some lost, I was sitting around even on the platform. The only promotion I ever used was the daily bet booster on any 3-5 leg multi-bet. Then came an email saying I was restricted from Promotions, Early Payouts and Rewards. For absolutely no reason that I can think of, as I only ever used a multi-bet booster maybe 6-8 times, so I called to discuss and was told it was at their traders discretion and they choose it upon a users review. The same day I did some more bets, with a few large live-bets on soccer, and I was unsuccessful with most of my bets and lost a sizeable amount of money. In total I did about 8-10 live bets on the platform over the 2 weeks, most of the time I lost. At this stage I’m down about $2000 on the platform over the 2 weeks. I spot an opportunity the following day to do another live bet, I call up and am told I have been restricted from live betting. I spoke to customer support and they were very friendly and offered me my deposit back, and a way to give feedback, as I mentioned that given how there are other betting agencies available I would no longer be using PointsBet and was utterly disappointed. Worth also mentioning that live betting was a slow process, you need to verbally tell them the market you are betting on and guide them to the exact thing you want to bet on, which takes way too long for a live bet. They are way behind the competition on this. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star is because of their friendly customer support.

For 7 days it was very enjoyable & even told alot of my friends about pointsbet but 2nd weekend as soon as I placed my bets on race 1-5 in randwick & Mooney valley they sent me an email stating all my promotions are no longer valid After I had placed all my bets.
They are a very deceptive Company & don't don't stand a chance of making it in this market as plenty of other far superior options out there to use such as
Ladbrokes, sportsbet, bet 365 - who respect clients & continue to offer promotions regardless of different circumstances.
Do not sign up or use them just look at the ratings of users on here and comments & please gamble responsibly,just not with pointsbet

Great at taking your money (no ID verification required etc. - really easy)….but when it comes to paying out all of a sudden ID is required (and they’re unable to verify without phoning them first), and credit checks???? need to be done. Also they make it very difficult to find the ‘withdraw’ button.

Worst betting company in Australia. They offer bonuses and then ban you straight away for using them. Corrupt. Make out that they’re ‘good guys’ but are an evil corporation. DO NOT RECOMMEND

There needs to be more control over gaming cowboys such as pointsbet. They have used the firs-10 bonus bet promo to get punters to open accounts with them but if you happen to back more than one winner, they take away all promos. It seems that you can only bet with them if you lose. Make a complaint to your local politician about them and get them rubbed out. They are about as credible as their amateur tv ads. As someone else said, there are plenty of reputable betting companies around, so why bother with pointsbet.

Hello I’ve been using PointsBet for a couple of months now and they have suspended my account for over a month. When I ask customer service what’s going on and they tell me that my account is under review and won’t be unlocked until they have an update. I call the number for PointsBet and no one answers. I still have money on my account and no one is telling me what’s wrong with my account or when my account will be unlocked. I feel like they are trying to take my money away from me. Can anyone help me with this please?

If you use the "bonus back" racing offers they heavily adverse they suspend you from promotions, plenty of other far superior options out there to use

Holy f@&k these guys are bad. Put $500 in an account took advantage of a promotion lost the $500 and had my account restricted. Ask why no one could tell me. STAY AWAY at all costs.

Pointsbet restricted my account 2 weeks ago and I thought it was ordinary, but who cares. Then the promos came back on my app and used the zaaki promo and it worked. I then bet on the races eligible for bonus bets but they’re denying my bonus bets, and after asking for them the promos are no longer available again. This is the worst betting app in the country. If you can’t trust the bookmaker, you can’t bet with them

Used the promotion if your horse does not win but finishes in top 10 you get bonus bet back .Used this over the first 2 weekend's and broke even overall then get email and below txt.

What a scam company take away my bonus bet tally and put on other restrictions all because i used what they advertised as a promotion for spring carnival. (won nothing) They would prefer to pay Shaq millions to do his endless crap ads than look after small punters.

I had a lucky run over a couple days and won between 3-4k. My bet of choice are exotics such as first4's and quaddie's. After my good run, Pointsbet restricted my account so the only bet i could place is win/place.

Seems they only keep you on the books if you are losing money to them. 4k isnt a lot of cash.. its not like I won half a mill or something.

Hello punters. Pointsbet is great in offering promos to punters when they are loosing loads of money. But once you start winning money everything gets taken away, and they restrict ur account. Absolute disgrace!! I’m a vip with just about every gambling agency but never been treated as poorly as what pointsbet have treated me. POOR FORM

I recently joined Pointsbet due to their promotion of bonus bets back over the Spring if your horse finishes 2nd to 10th.
Put $100 into my account and bet all day on the Saturday. Finished with $100 so went to withdraw my money but their system wont let me.
Went online for a chat and was told unless I actually use all of my original deposit I can only withdraw the amount I used in bets which was $90.
Told them I wanted to close my account so could they please refund my money and was once again told as I didnt bet all my deposit I could not do this.
It is my money but they wont give it back
These people are an absolute rip off and should be bought to task by our government betting regulators
I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for a legitimate and fair betting app please use anyone else except these Pointsbet

pointsbet have to be the dodgiest betting service I have used to date.
They make errors with bets and you have to chase it up with them to actually receive the money from your bets and they mate it incredibly hard to with draw your winnings
