Quick accurate and efficient

I ordered some led light candles. Two separate orders. The first order was disappointing. Marks on one of the candles. Second order was boxed differently and was more classy. Plus candles look better quality. One candle was missing the fake melted wax but maybe the tea lights don't have them. It seems there are different finishes. First order were wax, but shiny and don't look as good as the matt candles wax finish. Returns dealt with, no problem and refunds given. Free returns label which is great. I'm very happy with the candles I kept from the second order. 'Unique candles'.

It was the first time of ordering from Plum Retail after spotting a single Laura Ashley duvet cover online at a reduced price. I do love a bargain! The online ordering process was very easy and I was kept up to date with emails from Plum Retail to confirm the order and the shipping. The duvet arrived just two days later and in perfect condition. I’m absolutely delighted with it and thrilled with Plum Retail’s excellent customer service.

I purchased 2x Laura Ashley bedside tables through Plum Retail on 28th December 2024. They were not delivered until 1st May 2025! Then after only a couple of months using them, one of the drawers has completely collapsed and the surface on both is wearing off. After complaining I was told that the faulty drawer could be looked at, but they would not be able to do anything about the surface deteriorating. Bearing in mind we have only ever lightly dusted them and not cleaned with any cleaning products which could damage the surface.

Plum Retail/Laura Ashley arranged for a local furniture repair company to fix the issue with drawers. Upon his visit he completely condemned the drawer and told us that the surface finish on both tables had deteriorated because it had not been sealed properly before varnishing.

Considering I chose to invest a significant amount of money (£620 for two bedside tables) thinking I would be getting some high quality items for our home, I am appalled at the quality and I am still waiting for Plum Retail/Laura Ashley to resolve the issue on 28th October 2025.

The candles arrived and were faulty. They are expensive and I bought more expensive candles as I thought they would be better quality. No one has responded to my email and I am left with a candle that does not work. I hope this is resolved swiftly
