I was very pleased to find a duvet cover in the design colour quality and pattern I was looking for.
I ordered 2 the reason I only gave 4 stars
because I had to leave my name and number for a call back
I had to wait from Friday until first thing Monday morning I have the duvets at a good price and a speedy delivery just a shame I had to wait 3 days for the call back.

Nearly Five Stars
From order to delivery and nice quality furniture received, we were very pleased with our Plum experience. This would have been a five star review except for the delivery company. The actual delivery person was exceptional and very careful but he was by himself for a two man delivery. I was on hand to help but at nearly seventy years old moving heavy furniture around is not ideal. I stress again the delivery driver was exceptional and a total credit to his company.

I’ve looked into your order, and I can confirm that we did dispatch your parcel directly to your home address as requested. However, according to the DPD tracking updates, the driver attempted delivery and, after a missed delivery, DPD automatically redirected the parcel to your nearest Argos Pickup Shop for collection. This wasn’t something we requested or instructed - it’s a decision DPD make when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
