The courier had a problem with the delivery and the item was returned. The supplier was not able to re-order because out of stock. Prompt refund but disappointing experience.

Great retail conpany
I ordered a Rose & Tulipani Literale trivet. It arrived within a couple of days which was great. However it was scratched. I emailed Plumretail and they answered within an hour or so sending me a returns label. My replacement arrived within 3 days. All in all - great service. Will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them as a great retail company.

An attractive mantle clock
I chose this old style but attractive clock for the mantle piece over my fire. Our previous was gold colour with the balance globes. This is clearer and smarter. I am very happy with it. The ordering process was simple and delivery within a few days.
