I had a problem placing my order with a discount code and phoned up to get help. Really helpful response with excellent customer focus to sort it out. Product arrived the next day as promised and is excellent quality.

Very easy company to deal with

I ordered a Karlsson clock and when it arrived there was a fault. I contacted Plum and they replied straight away, sent me a returns form and I now have a new clock. Very good customer service. I had never used them before but will do so in the future. Thank you Helen

Extremely fast delivery and good quality product. Price worth it. Only one thing, maybe a little bit too small but very clear display so no problem with reading the time, even with no glasses. For sure not a lot details, functions, but for me is fine, the most important is time and alarm clock, it is what I needed.
